- There was no lock on the bathroom door and the flushing of the toilet in room 254 was very poor
- I was extremely disappointed with the service. The receptionist, Vinicius, was shockingly unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. His communication skills were extremely poor, and his attitude made the experience uncomfortable and frustrating from the start. On top of that, ordering food from the hotel was a complete inconvenience. Despite being a hotel service, the food is not delivered to your room—you are expected to go to reception and collect it yourself, which defeats the purpose and was not clearly communicated. Overall, the service was far below acceptable standards

They overcharged me for my stay. Room was small and only one tiny sheet. They charged me for garbage coffee. If your coffee is low quality, charge less. Why do you charge café prices for that trash?! Location is the worst. Near nothing. Check-in process took too long. The worst Ibis I've ever stayed at.

A well run Ibis. nice staff. breakfast at the sister hotel Novotel just across the car park. away from city ample taxis and Ubers to get you around.
for the quality of hotel and its chain, always surprising that the smart tvs are not hooked up to the internet.
Ambiance was superb a little far from airport but worth it comfortable
Staff does not seems to be friendly as if they just finish their work go back to home they don't care who is coming and going. I think water should be complementary
Great place to stay but if you get cold easy then rethink your stay
