very nice comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice and big breakfast buffet. Plus the location is very good to walk around in the citycenter

i cant think of anything that i disliked

Staff were very friendly and even gave me a map when I asked for help finding an ATM. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Manaus Theatre and restaurants.

The building seemed half commercial, half residential, and the lifts were uncomfortably small and old.

Staff were very friendly and the location is great, just a short walk from the Manaus Theatre and several pubs like Tambaqui de Banda :D

The lift was very small and outdated, and my husband had a claustrophobic episode while using it :(

Paid for a bed, bathroom, and pool. Only received one of the three.

Paid for a bed, bathroom, and pool. Only received one of the three. Pool was closed for repairs, and this was not previously disclosed. There was a water line issue during my stay which prevented taking a shower or even flushing the toilet for the entire day I was there. No refunds offered. Poor communication and customer service.

The reception desk was open 24/7 - important as our flight arrived at 2:30am. We had a room on the 12th floor with a great view of the city. The staff were nice and helpful. The room was clean and as pictured. Definitely a good value!

Staff are very helpful. My travel agency screwed up my flight schedule , instead of taking a confirmed flight , I had to stand by the last flight to Manaus and end up arriving in Manaus 3am in the morning without any hotel reservation. Good thing that Saint Paul offer 24hrs check in, a female staff was on duty that day in June 9 early morning, I was so exhausted and her warm welcome really eased my frustration caused by my travel agency

There are no hot water in some rooms

    9FriesenPosted on: 7-10-2025

The suite was very comfortable.Bathrooms were large and had good water.Pressure , the air conditioner was turned on before we entered , so the room was comfortable on entering.

We did ask for early Check-in understood. That was due to availability and it was not available, which was okay.So we returned at two o'clock for check in and it still was not done.

The hotel is the usual Manaus "fancy" hotel from what seems like the 70's. Lots of concrete, metal, tiles and such. It feels like a former apartment building with a floor or two dedicated to being a hotel. Reception was friendly and the breakfast is amazingly varied and complete. Service in the restaurant from Will is exceptional, what a great guy, always smiling and making sure things were going well for me and other guests. The bed is massive and very comfortable. Shower is good and after a few days there, the place does kind of grow on you. Location is unbeatable.

The feel is clunky and the huge garbage bin outside doesn't add to any potential charm the place might have. The furnishing in the room could be more cozy, to make it less like someone's apartment with uncomfortable furniture and more like a real hotel room. The sliding door to the terrace which has a great view is heavy and hard to open and close. Basically some maintenance and aesthetic issues that could be easily resolved; the bones are there.

I enjoyed the room, very clean and confortable. The staff was very kind and give us many advices. The staff of the breakfast as well, and everything was very good.I would love to return next time

Close to the centre. Stuffs speak well English and are helpful.

The neighbourhood seems ran down. There are lots of ants in the room. There is no sheet on the bed, which is kind of weird.

The best breakfast in 5 weeks of travel.Great locationReception staff were great at organising a trip to Paraguay Huge room and great beds

THe water slide was none operational all the time we were there

Good bed, good shower, good location

    4NicolaasPosted on: 4-7-2025

Well, our reservation was cancelled. Probably it was Booking.com fault. We stayed there from Monday to Tuesday, we left our luggage in the hotel because we scheduled to return after a 1 night trip in the Amazone. But, our reservation was cancelled and we couldn't stay on Wednesday

    8RonniePosted on: 3-28-2025

Reception staff were very helpful and friendly and also spoke English very well. The restaurant staff however need to learn English much more

More menus in English in the restaurant

Horrible service. Waited for 1hr for check in, because they were so slow checking in a group of tourists Then, room card didn’t workThen, internet didn’t workWent back to reception each time to find out it wouldn’t work again. The hotel by itself was perfectly fine, but the service (which would be very easy to improve) set the scene for a not-so-good perception overall

    3AlanPosted on: 3-27-2025

Pretty low quality TBH. If the one and only thing you want is a bed, then it’s ok. But they didn’t even have a single can of beer for sale. The room numbering system is just pathetic. All rooms starting 11 are on the 12th floor. And then they group them in twos, so 1121-1 and 1121-2. Why? Why not 1201, 1202, etc?Lifts/elevators seem dodgy at best!

Just booked as a stopover for an Amazon trip, and it was very conveniently located.

Breakfast was only okay.General area a bit run down.
