Hotel Express Vieiralves

This hotel was very clean and the staff were all very pleasant.

Very small. We even got the room with 1 dbl. bed and 1 single bed just for some extra space and then it was not enough. The bath area was extremely small and no privacy because of lack of door. I am a big guy, so the bath was certainly not for me.

Simple and compact

We put some clothes on the roof to dry by the next day they were gone. I don't think they blew away as there was a balcony and had been laying there for a while already.

Great property convenient to the airport and the main markets in Manaus. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was helpful and kind.

We had issues with the A/C in the two rooms we had. One of them never turned off automatically

Very good value for money, clean room and air conditioning works really well. The hotel's restaurant was also very good!

Room was not very spacious.

Good location in safe part of city. Park with some wildlife nearby. Near shopping areas. Nice people. Restaurant and coffee shop downstairs. Laundry service.

Wifi is unreliable on upper floors

Good location near restaurants. Park nearby allowed a bit of nature. Feels safer than Centro.

I have stayed at this hotel before, perfectly pleasant with good and varied breakfast. Well located, there is a large posh supermarket on the other side of the highway and plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. The weather was so hot that I did not venture out much at lunchtime but there is plenty of choice.

It might be worth asking for a quiet room, I got quite a but of noise in the mornings from the highway nearby (last time I stayed I had a room facing into another direction which was less noisy). Rooms are clean but corridors are not.

Cheap and basic rooms. The restaurant attached to the hotel served really nice food and reasonably priced. There is a huge shopping centre just round the corner. Hotel was convenient for a one night stay

Area was a bit run down. Ceilings in the hallways were leaking. A bit cramped rooms and bathrooms were very small but ok for one nights stay.

Localisation, breakfast

Internet connection was awful. I changed three rooms

There is no breakfast and d the breakfast offered by another company is so expensive and very poor

Good location for eating and drinking, and not too far from the city center.

Internet didn't work most of the time, and breakfast is not included. Room access cards demagnetize too easily, had to come down to fix it every single time.

There was many homeless people just in front of the hotel, and walking around the area doesn’t feel 100% safe because even thought there is shopping near

It is a business hotel without frills. Perfectly OK, if the location serves the interest. Fine breakfast buffet and friendly staff.

Partly very noisy (neighborhood and Avenue Djalma Batista. Internet weak and relatively slow. Evening catering sometimes less professional (extensive waiting time). No pool, no sports/fitness and no retreat facilities. No bar service.

the location is good

I think they have never cleaned the showers before and the walls are also dirty, not to mention the curtains. Also nothing in the fridge (I’d consume and pay it separately if there was something there), not enough toilet paper and toiletries and the price is ridiculous not to include breakfast that is the most basic I’ve ever seen.

the bathroom was not cleaned properly, there was some other people hair in the shower and sink...

Good value for money and good location ?.

The only thing to complain about in this well run hotel, was the internet connection. It's too unstable to be used for business purposes. For periods it's good, but some periods unstable and slow.

Wonderful staff.

No hot water, hotel is on a highway, could not fall asleep due to cars and trucks. The staff though was wonderful because they changed our room at 1am in the morning. However, the new room didn’t have hot water.
