I booked a room with a private bathroom, now theres no more the option because the room is already full, when I arrived they give a room with a shared bathroom but I paid the same amount as the private, I talked with the guy and I said to him that I had no problem to stay in the room with a shared bathroom but he will have to give me the money back for every night I was spending without the private bathroom. There were no problem, my last day I got sick so I decided to add one more night, the guy came and ask me for the money, I said to him that he could give me back the money for the private bathroom or keep it and pay for the night that I was adding. The boss call me and start to complain with me because I wanted to stay for free, never in my life the world FREE came out of my mouth, I started to explain to her but she didnt listen she want me to leave the room, sure no problem just give me my money back; now on booking theres no more the option but, her world, the room with private bathroom is 20$ and the shared is 15$ per night so I suppose to have back 5$ per night. They were not listen and she accused me to have use her water, stove, Wi-Fi and bed ( services that I was paying of course) least but not last the beautiful guy at some point came closer to me, I invited him to give me space please, the guy started to laugh in my face AND PUT A HAND AROUND MY NECK!
