- Craft
- Great service and support from reception. The property itself is unique, largely unchanged architectural and building style, full of antique furniture and interesting art work. Modern features include air conditioning, fans, bathrooms with hot water etc.

Cons -
- I liked everything, but I can see that remaining true to the old building presents challenges to modern tourism expectations! However, having seen how old historical buildings in stone town no are ripped apart to service the modern tourism industry, I really appreciate the effort made to retain Hilikiki Houses style. Thank you
- The room smelled a bit mouldy and the mattress was very uncomfortable.
