Pros +
- Layout it’s fantastic and the rooms are lovely and spacious. My room had an outdoor terrace and face the pool. The restaurant was great and they really tried to do a good job. The menu has a lot of options in variety. The staff were very nice and accommodating. It is a lovely place and I would recommend it to other folks to stay here. I could just use a couple of touchups to make it amazing.
- Staff was typically helpful and pleasant. Had a decent meal at the hotel restaurant.
- The location was great, the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to help us. Everything about this property is more than expected.
Cons -
- Let me start by saying I would definitely stay here again. A couple of notes: 1. The power went out two nights in a row for about 10 to 15 minutes around 9pm. When the lights go out, it is pitch black so you can’t see anything and I was in the middle of washing my face and had to remove my contacts so it’s a bit difficult to find my phone. I don’t think this is typical of the area, but it did happen two nights in a row. 2. There were literally no additional outlets to be found so I had to unplug a lamp to plug in my phone and other items. 2. The Wi-Fi was very unreliable on my phone, but for some reason, it worked better on my laptop. It was more consistently connected. 3. The restaurant was fantastic and the service was wonderful however, the food was a bit heavy on salt. 4. The bed was squeaky - the joints probably needed some lubrication, but it was comfortable 5. The bikes were rickety and old and could definitely use some updating.
- This hotel does not have air conditioning—only a fan in the room. It was intolerably hot during the day, and I can’t imagine how uncomfortable it must be in summer. The accommodations felt tired and run down, and overall it was not a good value for the price paid.
- There was some water damage of the bottom of the bathroom door

Locación, ambiance, spa, staff
Heating system not turned on in our room, we froze the first night (in the Middle of the desert).Out of water supply one day. Couldnt take a shower for some time. There seems to be opportunity to have tighter protocols around basic admin procedures.
The warm welcome, no hassle early check in (especially welcome after a long haul flight), beautiful room, great breakfast and complementary soft drinks from 4 in the courtyard garden.
The only interesting point in this hotel is the location, which is very close to the main street
The hotel is completely run down and understaffed. Probably due to the post-pandemic. Steambath was broken, jacuzzi cold, swimming pool very cold, pool towels stained and old. The outdoor bar by the pool is closed. Floors full of sand and dust. Boutique closed. Breakfast running with one staff. This hotel must have been very good in the past, but nowadays it is very bad.
Comfortable, quiet and clean. The food and the pool are great, also the staff is nice and always available.
We liked everything. We only suggest that breakfast could be earlier.
Location
The worst value for money in San PedroInfrastructure, service quality, food, amenities were extremely poor.Sauna and swimming pool bar were closed for the whole period.
The food at the restaurant was very good, and very good variety for breakfast. Coffee maker with excellent choices, free filtered water, free coca leaves and tea! Very good service! All staff very helpful especially the guy that was on night shift, for couple of times he ran an extra mile to be of help, he reminded me there is coffee in the restaurant before leaving for the geysers at 4 AM!! I'm impressed!
Not enough accessible power outlets by the bed. Not clear enough English instructions to set up the safe.
The atmosphere of the hotel was very calm and relaxing. The room was great and the team working in the hotel was amazing.
The breakfast service was tricky. They didn't have enough people to keep the food flowing, clear up dirty dishes etc.
Loved the location, beds were comfortable, helpful staff
I didn't get to try breakfast in the hotel due to early tours but they did provide a breakfast pack to take on tours
Would not recommend staying here
Put shortly, this place is seriously overpriced for what it is.This is an expensive hotel and did not live up to our expectations.-No Air con for a hotel in the middle of the desert, couldn’t sleep at night due to the heat.- pool itself is very small, filthy and very tired. Whole pool area feels dirty. We had to wait 3 hours for a sun lounger to become available. - the pool bar wasn’t open *at all* during our stay. We went to the lunch area to get a drink and were told once they would “see what they could do” about getting us a drink. The second time we went to redeem our welcome drink we were told they were too busy to make a cocktail and that we could only have beer or wine.- breakfast was very disappointing - eggs and bacon were seriously undercooked / inedible. We had to go out to get food.We subsequently stayed in a hotel for half the price for the second half of our trip in the Atacama and it has been fantastic. In comparison, NOI is very overpriced and in need of some serious maintenance and improvement to food and service.
Room was clean and bright. Hot breakfast was served.
The staff was great. The restaurant was very good.
Definitely not a 4 star property as indicated and it is very overpriced for the primitive facility . First impression was very shocking. Thankfully, the staff kept the room clean and everyone was very pleasant. The property is at least 1 mile from town with no transportation available including taxis. Had to walk on dirt roads to get to town . You would feel very isolated if unable to walk long distances . The tour desk person was inefficient with lack of ample knowledge. Had to get our own private tours of the area, which were quite expensive but worth our effort.
There is to much to say. The property is an oasis in the desert. You drive down a dusty road with lots of high walled properties and you think hmmmm where am I, then you walk up the stairs in the NOI Casa, and your like WOW. It’s an oasis, the staff are so friendly and helpful. your room is designed to fit the area and culture. The facilities are so quaint and inspired by the local area. I’d highly recommend a stay at NOI Casa.
I loved everything about the property.
Location, accomodation, general staff support and everything that was related with my trip
During summer accomodations can be little bit hot to sleep and there is no AC
breakfast was good;staff was helpfullcoffe machines were good
room, could have air conditionerthe hotel seems to be understaff, and no management presence
We loved the helpful staff from front counter to restaurant! Excellent service! Also it is in the desert and outside the hotel seems not so good, but when you go inside to lobby and your room it is so amazing!! We loved this hotel!!
Location is super good and the rooms are confortable...
The hotel has its charm, a modern and friendly decor but unfortunately every time I stay at the Noi chain I regret it (and we've stayed many times). Overall there's always problems with service and maintenance. In this case the Room, although comfortable, had problems in the shoer drain.. in Now there's always something badly maintained. Breakfast is terrible, with poorly trained people, not very friendly, you can see that they are inexperienced. The coffee (nescafe) is bad and one would expect something better for the price of the stay. everything is ok if the price becomes that of an average hotel, which is not the caseQue Tal?
It is a lovely hotel with a very friendly staff that went out of their way to be helpful. The hotel is in a great location and has everything I needed - it is a beautiful and relaxing environment. The food was delicious and they had vegan options. I would love to return with family and friends.
