Hotel is a little dated and old.

Can’t find anything I disliked.
The outside of the building was nice and clean. The staff was amazing. The buffet was good.
The rooms are not quite I expected. Needs to be updated. The restaurants food was not my favorite. I love food.
Excellent location and comfortable room and easy and fast transportation. We enjoyed our trips to the city by taxi with excellent driver Ronnie.
No complaints.
It was my last time there, it’s not worth!
My bed was not comfortable, they sold more bedrooms than what they can serve, it was missing food in the breakfast, missing cutlery, missing sheets and towels in the bedroom and in the pool.
Pool is nice, also the access to the beach
The check in was fast but the person looked like he didn’t want to be there. He barely gave us any information about the resort and clearly wanted us out of there as fast as possible. You are limited to one small beach towel per person. The first night in the room was horrible. The mattress was old, very hard and we could feel the springs coming through. We did complain in the morning and they changed the mattress to a better one.
Location, it was clean, food was great and friendly staff
I was happy with everything
Swimming pool, food, location
Outdated bathrooms but still clean
A lovely hotel on the beachfront. Staff on reception were helpful and some were able to speak EnglishRoom was clean with a huge bed, good shower and nice balcony. I had a sea view Room 443The staff at breakfast were lovely especially the omelette chefs who greeted us with a smile & wave every day . Breakfast was plentiful with many choices The steak restaurant was very good as was the pizza restaurant. Staff were friendly and food was very good . Unfortunately the seafood restaurant was not a pleasant experience. A very long wait for food which was not of good quality . Asked for a glass of wine many times and eventually had 2 glasses with the meal but 5 gasses were put on the bill (think it was added each time we requested but not served) Service was slow(despite not being busy) and not welcoming like the other restaurants Pools are great , side tables are in need of a refurb , cocktails are weak but beers are nicely chilled. Poolside food was served quickly and was good I was given a free late checkout at 6pm which really appreciated. We also managed to change a dinner for lunch as we were half board & wanted to try other restaurants in the evening. Although they will not do this at weekends We had a lovely stay and would recommend the hotel
The one issue to improve is to have a kettle to make tea or coffee in the room. Waking up in the morning its always good to have a coffee on the balcony. When I asked I was told I can ring room service but its over 30 mins wait. When I tried I was just spoken to in Portuguese when I said i could not understand they put the phone down. No coffee arrived . Reception said the only other way was to go to the breakfast room. I didn't really want to do this in PJ's haha ! So a tip is to bring a travel kettle. Wish I had known
Good facilities, a little bit vintage, but well maintained.
Worst 5 star hotel experience I’ve had. Made a requested self pre-check in the day before which took me half an hour. After 40 mins wait at check in when I arrived, had to warn about this to the guy at check in, because he didn’t even realize about this. He was doing all over again. Wasted a lot of time. Booked a “Luxury sea view family room” (street level is at 4th floor) and they sent me to 1st floor, with a huge line of trees blocking “Absolutely everything” and impossible to see any sea. Went to try to change the floor, and they moved to another room in the same floor (same sh*t). They argued hotel was fully booked, and as I went there for only 1 night this is what I deserved. I was listening other guests checking in just right beside me going to floors 4/5/7 with stunning views. We were 4 guests, there was (in a room with 4 beds) only “TWO” towels. There was a recent painting job in the room, with a strong paint thinner smell who made us cry sneeze and cough all night. Just next to the bathroom window (1st floor) was the machinery room so a permanent buzzing was heard. Breakfast was as crowded as a military camp, no tables, no chairs, had to grab some food, and eat it standing on the go. Had an outbound flight the day I was checking out, and again, wasted priceless 45 minutes at reception to get my bracelet cut-off. Almost lost my flight. First time, last time. Wont ever return.
Great facilities, excellent team, food options are really good, lovely swimming pools and a really beautiful beach
Early chairs check out in the beach
I traveled around many states of Brazil and for more than 10 countries and never saw such a wonderful breakfast. The breakfast has a large variety of options and a good amount, never miss anything. When the eggs finished, I asked for more and almost immediately they bring it. They have a good variety of fruits and typical north-east Brazilian food.
I have paid for 3 dinners beforehand, but I could not use one of them, a friend called me have dinner outside the hotel one night. I think the hotel could have offered to give me back the value not consumed.
We had an excellent stay at SERHS Natal. We expend around 10 days, get to know lot of the staff and enjoy the facilities completely. All personnel is wonderful, thanks to everyone. Gouza and Fabio at reception, Julienne and Cilene from the Spa, the staff of the restaurants, Paolo, Edmilza, Ilama, Denis, Arthur from the bar. They are all stars, thank you for such an amazing experience and do the experience so enjoyable. I recommend the hotel 100%. Also, we loved the monkeys.
Nice location, beautiful room.
Staff, food
Serhs is a reliable hotel with wonderful views, nice staff, great breakfast, a good heated pool and taxis available all the time. I’ve been there several times, and I noticed the quality of the food has improved (they have a new chef).
It’s difficult for them to pay attention to what you ask when you book a room. In my case, I had asked not to stay close to the busy road because of the constant noise. Unfortunately, that’s exactly where my first room was. A few hours later I was moved to another room, this time a quiet They should provide better bed covers (edredon style), not the thin ones that are offered now.
The view from the pool is gorgeous, guests service team was friendly and tried to understand english.
Inside the room, it didn't meet a resort category of room (no bathrobe, no slipper, no tissue for face, no cottonbud, and the table stand next to the bed had ticks crawling, bedding also very thin).
The resort has several floors with different places to hang out. The room feels 5 stars. The internet is very fast. I enjoyed the fact that you can have dinner in the specialty restaurants. The staff is friendly but not as welcoming as in other resorts such as the Wish Resort nearby. The omelette and tapioca prepared by the chefs during breakfast are delicious.
Although my stay was pleasant there are several factors that make me not feel going back to this resort nor recommend it to other people. The reasons are: the access to the beach is terrible and dirty. They have dozens of cleaning personnel available and none can clean up the access to the beach. It is full of crap, dirt, plastic. The breakfast and dinner buffet (main restaurant) has very poor quality food. Dry bread (feels old) poor quality bacon, etc. It feels as if the resort is trying to save every cent they can in the main buffets. It feels not even 4 stars. There is “plenty of food” but they are almost all of very poor quality for a so called 5 star resort. Another very bad experience was with toom service. I stayed 4 nights at the hotel but cleaning skipped 2 days straight. They didn’t bring clean towels. I had to complain 3 times with room service and had to go down to the reception twice to get clean towels. I don’t feel this resort is good value for money. With the same rates you’d better stay at Wish nearby for instance whose service and food quality is way better.
Excelent resort . We were a party of 4. Big room, with nice facilities. Restaurants at the hotel are great. Will come back and recomend it
Nothing bad
I loved the pools, the breakfast is amazing, they offer a lot of different fruits, juices, coffees, breads, cakes etc. For me, it is the best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel.
I think they could have one more reception.
