- The hotel is next to the airport, so they definitely need international adaptor for mobile phones, and this hotel doesn't. They need to improve TV channels.
- The hotel could be better maintained: the elevator buttons required some dedicated pressing to work and some did not light up - in one ocasion, I was unable to go to my floor in one elevator. The water pressure in the shower was very weak (perhaps because my apartment was in the top floor), the toilet took ages to get ready to flush again. They charge for the water bottles. The hotel is away from any restaurants in a walking distance and the hotel restaurant's dinner is disappointing.

Service was very good and the staff corteous and helpful. The facilities are modern. The room was spacious and the presence of a couch was a definite plus. The bathroom was also spacious and I appreciated the dispensers for hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, body soap and body lotion. Very good mattress.

Bath foam doesn’t work well, sauna not working and the gym has a light sensor that shut down when you are running or cycling.

The noise of the temperature control of the air conditioner (to set up the temperature) and the red light of presence (any movement during my sleeping it lights and I wake up). Both are uncomfortable
