A very good location.

It is quite noisy. You can hear the traffic noise clearly, and I was on level 24. Makes it a but hard to sleep because of the noise.

Great Breakfast, clean room and covered parking. Well located.

Towels were really old and scratchy.

The view was very nice, and the place was clean and confortable

It had some details not good, like the bathroom’s can trash was broken, the sheets always come out of the ma mattress

The Breakfast was excellent

The room smelled and the sheets were so thin you could see the mattress, the pillows were stained. The hotel claims to be 4 stars but is more like 2. I booked for 3 nights and left after 1, and found another hotel. Stilled paid for 3 nights.

I think location is great but going to the sea a problem due to the road without pedestrian crossings

Unfortunately the staff could not speak English (except 1 or 2) and the breakfast could have more variations.

Took some time to do the check in, crowding in the morning during the breakfast

Spacious rooms, decent view, good breakfast, reliable elevators.

The small swimming pool faces the noisy street, on the ground level. Dark and warm hallways.

The hotel is very clean, rooms are nice, great location, staff is very friendly. Guilherme made always very good tapiocas at breakfast :)

People in the building next to you can see inside of your room.The elevators suck.Small portions.

Comfortable bed and room, spacious room and bathroom. Great view and lovely staff.

The room was beautiful, very comfortable and clean. The bed was big and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and it had many options.

The elevators were always a problem and many times I had to wait a lot in order to go up or down. The elevators were always full, and they didn't seem enough for the amount of people that the hotel can host. The inside area of the hotel (besides the bedroom, which was great) did not look good. It looked quite old and not as I expected from the photos I saw.

Could hear neighbor in the up floor scratching a chair. At the end was informed about an optional “Turism” fee that I wasn’t aware beforehand.

A very comfortable hotel with a great location. Our flight had been delayed by two hours and the staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Highly recommend.
