It has some very instagrammable photo locations. The public areas are quite nice.

Tired old rooms long overdue a full renovation. Aircon blew hot air. The "partial view of Ponta Negra Beach" was of an abandoned car park unless you leaned across the side of the balcony. Rude waitress in Oslo bar. Vastly overpriced for such poor quality.

The breakfast is wonderful and location is perfect!

Everything was super greatExcept the tour girl she wanted to rip us off supposed I don't have reservation for maricaju which I already booked in advance she tried to sell me different package for same tour for so much money And that my name nor the reservation is available that I was scammed actually she's the one who was scamming people

One i didn't like is that no one speaks al least little English Its a beautiful resort vacation area they should have someone that can at least communicate English

The location is excellent and very nice breakfast. Nice pool area and beautiful views from our patio.

The staff should be a little bit more attentive. Just little details, remote control from my bedroom tv did not have batteries and the lights from living room not working properly. We complained and no one came to fix it.

This is a nice hotel at the beach. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had a 2 bedroom suite that overlooked the pool and the beach which was nice. The property and room was well maintained and clean. The beds were comfortable. The restaurant was nice and the food was good. We enjoyed everything about our stay.

Excellent location, practically on the beach and almost at the end of a one-way street with shops and restaurants. Very spacious and comfortable rooms, everything seems to be well-maintained in general. Good breakfast with a variety of selection, and excellent dinner (a lot of choice, but not too much choice, and every day a different food theme). The staff was very friendly and polite, had no problems whatsoever. Pool with a in-pool bar for relaxing even after sunset.

The two main elevators are slow and not in sync with each other. The charge for tea and instant coffee that you prepare yourself in the hotel room - in general worldwide, these are included in the room price. The pool is relatively small but it looked much bigger on advertising photos (congratulations to the photographer for using the right lens and right angle for the pool to look bigger), but still big enough for a small dip. But these are more like remarks and not real complaints.

Excellent staff, we booked a room by the swimming pool which plays loud music 12 hours a day but they were able to move us to a quieter room far from the swimming pool area. We booked a half board accommodation and were very impressed with the buffet dinner. High quality, plentiful, tasty and varied. The room was well divided and spacious. Except for the loud invasive music, the hotel has a lovely atmosphere with families and older couples as guests.

The room had bright white cold lights all over. I suggest they change it for yellow soft lights. The bedroom did not have bedside tables in both sides, nor lamps. Also the switch for the top bright light was not near the bed. They charge a fortune for bags of tea in the room, which could well be part of a welcome pack instead of the hard dry little piece of cake they have left in our room as a welcome gift. There is no place to hang swimming costumes or towels. A clothes horse would solve this as in any respectable 4 stars hotel. The loud music plays 12 hours per day in the swimming pool area making an invasive noise in the rooms even with the doors and windows shut. I suggest that they stop the music for a few hours per day at least, to meet the needs of people who enjoy other musical genres other than samba, pagode, or loud pop music. It’s impossible to relax , rest or sleep with such loud noise all day long. Outside this hotel on weekends there are many local bars and people playing all sorts of loud music also, from samba, pagode to funk. It is not a peaceful place. There could be a microwave, dishes, bowls or some cutlery in the room. They could also provide us with a tea towel, detergent and sponge in the kitchen area.

The kindness of the staff is something that outstanding, they are very helpful and ready to overcome any situation.Room was clean, well organized with lot of space to store my belongs.Breakfast was good with many options of fruits, juice, breads and regional food such as tapiocaPrivate parking space with no extra charge, luggage store with no extra chargeLocation is very good and i felt safety seen many police officers nearby the hotel during day and night.My room.had a very beautiful view of the beach and nearby sightseeing Morro do Careca

Wonderful view and good location. Jacuzzi was great. My daughters enjoyed it. It could use a little painting and be a little bigger but it was great anyways. Breakfast is very good. Staff is very helpful.

Keys were not working but it got fixed.

very rude and rude staff who don't speak English. After checking out at 12 noon, we were not even allowed to stay on the hotel premises until 2 o'clock in the afternoon, since my wife had work calls and needed wi-fi. The workers constantly came up and asked when you would leave the hotel premises. I have never encountered such a practice in other hotels

Great location right in front of beach, quiet at night with minimal traffic in front.Located in a Ponta Negra Beach area sheltered from the wind by the Morro do Careca (big dune). Many options for water sports, like boogie boarding, surfing, paddle boarding etc. Nice pool bar area in hotel Good food, late night room service available.Located close to many good restaurants Staff was very polite and flexible in cleaning our room around our schedule. Great overall experience for a family vacation.

There were no major items that we didn’t like. Some hangers for swim suits and beach towels on the balcony would be nice to have. It would also be nice if they have a good commercial grade espresso machine, as the espresso takes a really long time.

Poorly equipped room, lacking a desk for PC work. It includes a kitchen, but it's also missing essential accessories. The room's windows are fitted with filters that completely block out sunlight, and there's significant noise disruption from music due to poor sound insulation. The balcony, which is the room's main feature, is poorly maintained and offers no privacy in relation to the adjacent room, essentially sharing the same space, divided only by a small 50 cm wall.
