Pros +
- Nada. ExperiÃÂência ruim.
- The single feature I feel comfortable to give 5 stars is the location, but mostly because the sightseeing. Natal has a blessed coast. Even so, this hotel is in front of a stony place, which prevents swimming on the beach. Although you can get into the sea, it is necessary to walk 100-200 meters leftward or rightward to avoid the stones. As for the other things, I give an average of 4 stars for staff, but not for all. This average could fall to 3. Some of them are empathic; others not.
- With its beautiful setting, excellent pool, dining, service, and buffet options, it’s easy to see why this is a favorite vacation destination for Brazilians.
Cons -
- Mal cuidado. Caro e r
- Before starting the criticism, I will comment a fact that we should take into account. Do business in Brazil is not for anyone. Charges, tributes, and economic challenges "kill" the happiness of employees, push employers to adapt to market needs and all that impacts on service quality. Then, let us see the negative points:1. Food and beverage: "bottled" drinks is a definitive choice. Cocktails were "aqueous", made with sear fruits, with no taste. I can't say too much about alcoholic drinks because I don't drink them. To me, "bottled" beverages were the salvation. Food is always harnessed and reused. Most of them seem not fresh and "old". Some things I ate were probably rotten. My strategy: taking a tiny bite, appreciating it, discarding it or eating it more... Some people may disagree, but that hotel did not met my expectations. Kitchen region always smelling fat or bad. My food: french fries... Also... not so good at all. My final grade for this item: very bad.2. Infrastructure: a little old, but sustainable. Hot water in the shower limited in flow and temperature. Just drops of a dream. Swimming pool requiring maintenance. On the other hand, many people are impolite and leave them dirty. Playground or entertainment areas very limited.Final grade: average.3. Cleaning. Cleaning personnel is absolutely engaged, but they don't appear in the front picture. They should have a merit not declared. I see their effort to make things clean. But... The kitchen area is a little stinky. Final grade: average.Overall, I believe the management of this hotel could think of replacing the all-inclusive style for a common style and increase the quality. Otherwise, focusing on a renewal. But... As I said... Brazil is not easy and I know the difficulties to change things.Final word: the current state of play does not deliver a positive value for money. Choose another hotel to go.
- The rooms are noticeably outdated, with broken doorknobs, loose bathroom fixtures, and scratched mirrors.

It was tired, old and not up to 5 stars stand. Room was old, and moldy. Food was poor.
Everyone there was extremely polite and friendly. The pool bar guys were amazing! The front desk people were amazing. Can't wait to get back there with my family. Thank you for everything!!!!
The staff is great, has pool and access to the beach
The wifi was really bad, it didn't have signal in my room and barely had it on some other places inside the hotel
