    Pros +

    • Location, cleanliness, food
    • Breakfast is very good. The room I got was large and has a balcony with lateral view to the sea. It was also very comfortable in temperature, because of sea wind and the positionin of the room. There is a small-sized but surprisingly well stocked market right in front of it, which also has dinner (mostly breads and salgados, but also tapioca). And there's a convenience store 30m/100ft away. It's close to several restaurants, so meals are easy to get. You can also find tours easily with contacts provided by the reception.
    • The room i stayed (master deluxe) was wonderful. Nice bright and cozy. Felt like home. The garden area was immaculate. Housekeeping was fantastic and the staff especially security and the restaurant area were TOP notch. We already miss them.

    Cons -

    • Curtains were moldy. If you have allergies, that might be a deal breaker.Pillows are not very great (but they rarely are).
    • It needs a little remodel.
    • music around the pool is hard to please everybodymaintenance of the building, i believe that the photos are from many years ago

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, good shower, good food, free parking, and great location.

It looks and feels a bit older than expected by the photos. The jacuzzi is not really warm.

Breakfast, food was nice, pool, kids club, location and view.

-Not getting the room we asked for next to family after booking several months in advance-The Safe was broken causing us to carry our documents for several days as they told us we needed to be in the room to fix it even though we had never used it. Rectified day 3 of 4 night stay.-Doors and windows into balcony didn't lock causing security concerns. Rectified day 2.-Mixed messaging of room being ready and then not being ready causing delay to access after long travel by 2 hours, requested early access several months in advance.-They gave our room keys when the room was ready to the 13 year old child sleeping in our families other room rather than the adults waiting at the restaurant causing us to be locked out of the room and the child to not sleep.-Air conditioning was dirty with layers of dust causing allergy reaction and not working properly.-Pratonising communication from reception staff/manager when problems arose.-Our families other rooms air con was not working at all, and the report of the malfunction was received with reluctance by reception staff. Moved room day 3 with baby and 4 year old.-Light in room was broken, reported and not rectified.-General broken furniture and fittings not expected of a 4 star facility.-Loud music from neighbouring facilities until late.-Wifi reception in premium room only worked in living area or restaurant.

Access to the beach, Large bedroom and bathroom.

Few chairs are available at the pool, too long time waiting for Food and Beverage at the pool

It was somewhat Ok. Breakfast was alright. Some food items did not taste as good as they looked. The restaurant food was just not good. The cleanliness was ok.

The restaurant food was bad. Breakfast was just alright.

view of the ocean and breakfast.

Not a 4-star facility at all, maybe 2-star by international standards. Old furniture, rusted stove top, broken fridge, non functioning air conditioning in bedroom, among other things, and needs major renovation.

Excellent location right on the beach, beautiful pool

The gate to the beach closes too early

what’s not to like? Coral Plaza does everything well.

we’ve stayed many times. this time we had trouble with the key cards for our room. we had to request a few extras.

Expected more from the pictures. However the experience was positive anyway. Restaurant very good.Service also good. early breakfast- perfect for kids.

Lack of water in the frigo for example.

The place is wonderful and very clean, the breakfast delicious, the staf very nice and the reception very helpful.

I loved my room, the space I had, the view, the team at breakfast, the pool, there was nothing not to like. The team were fabulous, so helpful, polite and attentive, and not just to me as a person but to my vegan, gluten free, sugar free diet. They even got in some Earl Grey Tea for me!With the beach right on your doorstep with some fabulous waves to play, surf and swim in, and an excursion place directly outside the front door this is a perfect place to stay in Natal! Would highly recommend this place!

There was only one thing I didn't like and that was the CoViD paranoia of the male receptionist upon arrival, VERY EXCESSIVE!! Everything else was fabulous. There could have been more signs to direct you to the breakfast room and other areas, such as the chill out area... and a better Internet reception in my bedroom but if it had been there, I would have probably continued working whilst in bed, so probably a good job the Internet wasn't good in that space.

Hotel facilities, room, bathroom, breakfast were great. The guys from the Bar Luiz and Jonathan were very nice.

Some of the staff was not friendly.

    8SilverioPosted on: 2-10-2021

Is is a nice view from the rooms you can see the ocean!

Breakfast was a little poorly,Pool is a little dirty, if you look at carefully, I did discuss it with another stay guests!

Outdoor facilities - pool and bar service. Proximity to the beach. Good value for money.

The room is old. Curtains need to be changed as they have bad quality and are old disturbing our sleep. Poor bed linens and towels - needed to ask for extra pillows and blankets as well. Staff was friendly but slow. It took us 40 min to get an expresso in the pool bar. Overall hotel facilities are old and not well maintained.

Location. This hotel has a direct access with the main street of Ponta Negra and many access points to the beach nearby. Very safe location and close to several restaurants and bars and local attractions.

Beds were stiff, but that is to be expected in most hotels abroad. At one point early in the morning, there was no hot water and I had to take a cold shower. Other than that, the staff was welcoming and helpful with directions and questions about the area

    10RandyPosted on: 7-6-2012

The staff was friendly. The room was clean and spacious. The swimming pool was perfect and the location was good.

The parking garage ramps are is poorly designed. Even in a small car I had to make a 3 point turn at each end to continue.
