- The staff stood out for us above everything during our stay, they were all excellent, warm and very professional. We had sone minor issues that each staff member dealt with immediately and efficiently without us having to chase them which was great. The room was a good size, very clean throughout with hot water, 2 in 1 shampoo and soap. The one thing they need is a hairdryer which for some is a must. The rooms were clean on a day on day off basis. The breakfast was simple but nice with eggs, sausage, cous-cous, bread, fruit and cakes on offer along with coffee and juice. The location is perfect situated two small roads back from the beach and a short walk to the busy section of Ponta Negra Beach. All amenities are also a short walk with a convenience shop at the end of the road open until 5pm.

- The wifi as we have found with many hotels in Brazil was a problem once again. The signal was dropping in and out constantly which is very annoying when trying to work etc from your room. We were forced to go down to reception for an online meeting as this is where the wifi is the strongest. The aircon unit was also an issue as it was not very cold. The staff did their best to fix this issue but it only ever produced cool air which was enough to make the room comfortable.
