Perfect location. Nice to relax in the garden

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful with every need and question.The shower and AC in the room was excellent;The location was excellent, and it was easy to reach the beach and the main streets.

The swimming pool was small; however, ample space creates an excellent experience for those looking to unwind in the facilities after a long day at the beach.They do not have enough free parking spots; we must park on the street because they charge R$20 per night for parking inside the establishment.

Very welcoming and helpful staff, going out of their way to accomodate the guests and try to solve any problem at once. Outstanding localization with easy access to the beach. Nice garden with seating areas.

Many details made the experience less agreeable than expected: general lack of maintenance of the premises with spilling over of sewers in the corridor, interruptions of elevator, unreliable electronic door locks, breakfast with less than standard service/options (e.g. disposable cups for the fruit juice). It seems as if the working budget has recently been reduced, while the staff proudly keep trying to row against the tide to maintain the hotel at its previous level of service.

Excellent location close to beach but not noisy

The hot shower with great shower pressure was the best part of the room. My daughter enjoyed the small pools in the garden. Breakfast was just ok.

Breakfast was not great. The room was very plain and not warm or inviting.

I booked this property specifically because of its location and the playground for the children and the view

The whole reservation was a fraud. I was informed the room was not available anymore at my arrival. Sent to another hotel, terrible and not at all what I had reserved, and I had to pay the same far too expensive amount. A scandal

Really big and comfortable beds, clean and modern. Awesome surroundings with trees, couches and exterior lounge areas with pools, 3-5 minute walk to the beach. Excellent stay!
