People were friendly, especially Koketso he made us feel welcome
Small tv at C2 and remote was not working. Insert wall tv to make it better
The surroundings were good...Nice view
Lack of hot warm , hot water on the first night.Staff neglected my calls after learning I had called to complain about the issue of hot water
Views, Friendly staff and Tasty Breakfast
Our allocated room was just on the entrance, so we had privacy issues as there were lots Of talking from other guests passing through.
They were very accommodating to our request for an earlier breakfast. The breakfast was so good. Would definitely recommend taking the breakfast included options. The room on the pictures looked smaller than it actually was. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious.
They didn't have great communication via Booking.com when I asked about questions before our stay, but we didn't have any issues at the location.
The breakfast.
The rooms, single beds and cold water showers were bad.
The noise coming from the pool area and the room on top of mine was unbearable. Tried to call the receptionist to attend to it but no one answered the phone. This was at midnight. I went to the reception area and the doors were locked. Tried to knock on the doors, no one responded. Went back to my room and endured the noise till after 02:00am. Sunday morning the water was cold. Took a cold shower ☹️
The views
The noisy neighbours. The fact that you can hear everything. The inconsiderate people who make noise at 11pm its just not acceptable for such a serene place. Also the water has a very bad smell
It was a great placeThank you to Koketso for making our stay so exceptional..
The first day the rooms were to far from each other even though I did explain that the other room will be occupied by children
The room we were allocated was just not impressive at all. It looked a bit dirty, the space is way too small. It was just uncomfortable to even sit on the bed , we had to cancel upon arival and find an alternative hotel
Those rooms are not awathetically pleasing nor look hyginic. Well atleast the room we were allocated
I did not have the breakfast, I liked the area.
The rooms are extremely small, I expected a self catering venue but this was not the case, even for a non self catering place. The WiFi doesn't work, the signal was bad for the most part. We couldn't sleep as there were people on the Boma area who were very loud very late at night.
The location, the entrance to the main building, the welcoming Host on duty
Room felt very old. Beds too big for the room, could only access the kettle by almost standing on the bed itself. Water smelt like rotten egg. Had to unplug aircon to use the kettle. Aircon was very old and noisy with blades not working as it should.
The view at the property was nice
Our door cold not lock. The backup/additional lock also dit not work. The TV in the room is smaller than my Laptop screen. The resturant was very poor. The lighting in the rooms are also poor
Exterior deco is nice
The rooms are outdated and the bathroom is not modified, it looks old and door not working. I think revamping rooms is needed
Welcoming staff and neat rooms
Not having fridges in the rooms
The location was good. The stuff was amazing and amazing.
There was no bar fridge in our assigned room, it was inconvinient for us as we were traveling with a child. And the tap water in our room had a foul smell.
How beautiful and it is and how close it is with the activities we all wanted to do, and the stuff was so good. I literally give the receptionist man 10/10 very good in his job. I also give the restaurant stuff 10/10 more especially the manager the white man very good, we definitely coming again
The lights in the bedroom was too dark for my liking I was expecting normal top light than side lambs only, the was no fridge and microwave for our leftovers food from the restaurant
Breakfast was amazing, rooms were clean but a bit smaller than what we expected.
Water in the rooms smells very bad, for two days we were not having water in the shower early in the morning, pillows were not clean. Pool was dirty we did not swim.
