Poor value for money

Long check-in at 11pm, complex process to access the car park, very small rooms which are not very comfortable, lousy bed. Definitely not worth the price.

It is a very good solution to stay in Brasilia, just across is a shopping center and location is easy to find for taxi/uber ectThere are some good solution for lunch/dinner. Breakfast is ok but everyday the some.

Very convenient location. Excellent Breakfast. Attentive Staff. Ample room with small kitchen. Nice pool at the top with view of iconic cathedral.

I had to change rooms because the air conditioning didn't work, nor did the card for the lights, much less the TV. We found a cockroach

Hotel is very nice, staff were good, location great and breakfast perfect.

The only issue I had was with the Wifi. It was terrible, and made life very difficult for me. I had to cancel two client meetings, as the connection was impossible. For a hotel in Brasil's capital, that advertises itself as an "executive" business hotel, they really need to make sure that their connectivity is strong and consistent at all times. These kinds of problems really make things hard, and it is not to be expected.

The room was very comfortable and complete! It has impressed me that there was a kitchen and a big refrigerator in the room! The staff was also great, especially people from the front desk. The location is formidable! In front of one of the best malls of Brasília and a walk away from several touristical spots. I do recommend!

The breakfest was good, but could be way better if you compare to the toher hotels in the country that were not even as big as this. I understand that it's not exactly part of the hotel, but still, could improve.

The breakfast was very nice.

Room very small. We asked for a cot and they brought a single bad that didn't fit in the room. The sliding doors from the balcony does not seal, there was a big gap each side so was very noise.

Good room with balcony (and a view), great breakfast, good location with easy access to Conjunto Nacional (extensive food court).

Weak WiFi. Parking was tricky - it's the 2nd garage, not the 1st (which is for the other Hplus hotel), and you need to go down to the 3rd subsolo and not park on the level where you enter. The hotel needs to inform arriving guests of these two important details to avoid guest stress.
