I loved the leaving

This is one of the most expensive hotels in the small town. And they acted like it. So annoying the staff and the lack of service. I could go on and on about the inadequacies of the hotel. Just trust me and avoid there¿s many others you can buy for cheap

Fantastic breakfast. Comfortable rooms. Outstanding roof-top bar with a wonderful view of the city.

Easy access, Taxi’s very close, staff helpful and spoke English Fluently. Breakfast staff great as well as food

Really small gym, stained hallway carpets. service is only OK.

Clean, location and good quality food

The hotel is well located, excelente breakfast and great bed.

The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The staff provided Ritz Carleton level of service. The rooftop bar provided an excellent view of the city. All in all it was a wonderful experience

Under construction with bad organization the rooms not cousy and not enough towels on the toylet.

Great facilities and staff.

Upper bar could have later open hours on the weekends. There is an empty space on the top floor which could also be improved to become a co-working space and/or bar for social interactions. Prices could also be lower, especially on low-season.

Everything about the hotel was amazing. My husband and I had an awesome stay and for sure will come back. Paolo, ,Daniel and Enzo made our stay even better.

Meals at restaurant pretty average for the expecations.

Lovely architecture, friendly and flexible staff, comfortable room, spacious bathroom, amazing view from rooftop, wonderful breakfast.

Only a couple of minor details: rugs in rooms were quite slippery, and I wanted and expresso for breakfast (included) and even though I was a guest it was charged.

Design, location, comfort, silence

Very tasty and well presented breakfast; good location although at the end of the main stretch; taxi rank just at the door. Bar on top of the hotel was lovely - great view and good food and drink.

An architectural gem. A super cool hotel, to see and be seen.

We arrived Friday late night. Surprised the bar was already closed, and no music.

Breakfast was great and staff friendly.

The pillows were way to soft.
