Excellent location and friendly staff, hotel is NEW and awesome!

Shower with low pressure (almost no water)

Almost everything was great. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was attentive, and the location was very convenient. The only downside was a minor issue that didn’t significantly affect the overall stay.

The exceptions are the pool which is quite small and I think I got unlucky with the shower towels... out of the total 6 towels the hotel provided by default, only ONE of them were not smelling really bad. All others had a strong "salty" smell... On Tuesday night I called the reception and asked for one that wasn't stinking. The staff was super helpful, but the new towel also had a terrible smell on it. On my last night at the hotel I found a workaround which was to dry myself with the face towels...

This hotel is located across from a mall, which features a food court offering a variety of nice options. It is easy to access the Ministries, Executive, Legislative, and Judiciary buildings from here. It is a 15-minute drive.

If you like to take cold showers, wait endlessly for dinner at their empty restaurant, struggle to have your clothes returned from their dry cleaners, eat the same tasteless breakfast every day, then this hotel is perfect for you.

Nice location; polite staff. Beautiful, bright , clean rooms. Awesome attentive cleaning staff. Everyone that came in the room to clean was very attentive and kind towards my pet. Great assortment of food at breakfast time!

The only things I would say were semi-negative; the pet fee is absurdly high specially because my dog is a therapy dog and R$170 per day is crazy, she’s only 4 pounds /2.5 kilos! They didn’t offer anything for her stay, no bowl, towel, or peepads. Not having a laundry room that is up to the guests to use, specially for long stayers like myself for 7 nights… not been told where the pool was at check-in and not having a sitting area outside the hotel and the phones in the rooms are really flimsy.

The room was comfortable. The staff were great. The views from the glass lift was nice.

The air-conditioning was a bit loud in my room. The gym was not very well equipped but it got the job done.

Good value for money for a business trip but dont book if you need to use a gym or swim.

The gym and pool are not functional and need to be modernised. The pool is not for swimming, it is too shallow.

I booked this hotel for a weekend trip and was very satisfied. The rooms are small but clean and modern. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast buffet is decent. The hotel is located across from a couple shopping centres with lots of dining options (including take away) and the hotel is centrally situated for exploring Brasilia.

The fitness room is a bit basic but adequate for a quick workout on the go.

Staff was very friendly, location was great.Was offered an early check-in upon request, for 1/2 a day's rate. Was also offered free luggage storage as an alternative to early check-in, which was very nice.

Air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night, room was extremely hot. Pillows were TERRIBLE, bed was too soft. Slept terribly due to bad ergonomics and hot room.Shower water pressure was non-existent on the 15th floor. 24h room service was not 24h. Did not operate in between 3am and 6am. Since I was leaving for a very early flight, I was counting on room service to order breakfast, and ended up flying on an empty stomach.

The water pressure in the shower was very low. Pillows were flimsy and uncomfortable.

The breakfast was very good, lots of savory and sweet options, fruits. The location was great, in front of a mall with several shops and dining options. Clean room.

The room and especially the restroom were very small for the price paid. I did not expect them to be such tiny spaces considering it is a 4-star hotel. I was with my 75 yo mom and the staff at the front desk was very slow to check us in.

The high point was the location.

The front staff only spoke Portuguese.The duvet on the bed seemed to be for a single size bed and when I asked for a second one I was given a tiny balnked instead.We used a handicap room and the bed was so low that I had to help my husband get out of bed every time. The breakfast was very average for a 4 star hotel and the place was so hot that we ate sweating.

The room is not very large but clean, bright and has almost everything you need. The hotel is in front of 2 shopping centers, with many facilities. Staff is helpful and everything in the hotel is new and proper. Beds are excellent.

In the room, there is no hygienic shower for the toilet, which is a real problem for me. Breakfast is ok, not that I disliked it, but some days the coffee is not strong enough for my taste.

I love this hotel. Nice rooms. Modern. Great bed. Nice sheets. Good shower. On the weekends the price is good. During the week it is 2-3x as expensive and then doesnt make sense to stay here. When it is cheap, I always stay here.

They could pay more attention to the quality of the breakfast. Quality of eggs and bread in particular.

Was delayed for no reason for an early check in. If I’d pay more. Sure there’s a room. Furthermore was uncharged an absurd amount for having my partner to stay over with me. For what ? Breakfast. An additional towel. Ridiculous.

Lovely hotel, well located with incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Room has a great size and is well equipped and comfortable. Good bathroom with nice amenities. Breakfast, pool and gym are great, too.
