The staffs are very attentive, the room is clean and comfortable. It has good breakfast.

The checkin is from 2pm but even though we were a couple with a kid of 2 years old the room was ready only 3:40pm!!!!

The room was big enough for the three of us and comfortable

We asked for hanger that never came, the bathroom had stuff from the previous guest and the was a toe nail in one of the bed on the first day. The elevator takes a long time to came and to take you to your room/breakfast between 9-11 am

Very professionally run hotel, large airy rooms, big window. The view from the top floor is fantastic, for the price, you can't get much better.

The breakfast hadnt so many options, didn't have a orange juice. The pool it was a little bit dirty.

The location is excellent, and the room was as nice as I would expect for the price. Despite not being able to speak English, one of the receptionists really did try to help me, which I appreciated.

The check in process took nearly 40mins, as everyone was checking in at the same time. The WiFi basically doesn't exist, almost no coverage for my entire stay. Also, they say they can sort out laundry but this isn't true. They gave me the number of a place (that I could have found myself), but because I can't speak Portuguese, communicating over the phone is very hard. Ended up going somewhere else.

We had an awful experience in general. The hotel room was dirty, we found a couple of hair in the bed, and we noticed that it wasn’t cleaned at all. There was no equipment at all (like hairdryer, which should is a basic element in a 3 star hotel).

There are various things that we disliked:-the dirtyness,-the lift, to go up and down to our room,-the personnel, which was extremely rude, and never tried to find a solution to our problems,-the internet, which was a complete disaster, did t function at all, not even from our room, and not even from the lobby.

We loved the view and the huge balcony in it.

Facilities kind of old, broken telephone, bad internet on the 15º floor.

Friendly workers.

It’s always under construction so super noisy. The internet sucks, so no online work. The AC is super loud too.

Apartments look outdated & plain.

This property is being fully refurbished. I got to be allocated to the 7th floor, which has already been done. The new rooms are very good in comparison with old and muddy ones. They are still charging good prices and if you lucky (or demanding) enough to be placed into the new ones, it is a wonderfull value for money experience.

The breakfast is poor (very poor), even in comparison with their sister property Floph. The elevators don't seem to be enough to accomodate everyone and there are long waiting times at "rush hours". Since the property is under refurbishment, you guys know the drill (there was no construction noise during my stay, only hassle of scaffolding, etc)

Dirty guests coffee bottles in the reception hall, there are tons of insects and flies on it.Also wifi internet was not working in my room for all the 8 nights of my accommodation, they was every day telling me the issue will be fixed the next day but no result at all, they was just lying to me for 8 nights!Stupid design of the reception hall, you have to walk across two stairs before arrive to elevator.

Location. Value for money.

Staff could be more professional.

The sixth floor was renovated. It is central and easy to get to.

The internet keeps dropping off.
