Great location, clean, good restaurant, with a good breakfast.

The bed mattress is not good. What is sad because it really doesn’t match the price and overall place quality. They really need to step up.

Spacious room, very clean, awesome location right downtown. The staff was also really friendly and kind.

No ironing in the room, and the staff couldn’t bring it up, had to go down to front desk to grab it. But no biggie

There is no swimming pool , the gym is not onsite - the hotel provides a free voucher to use the gym , which is located 3 Min walking by foot . The bathroom in our room was a bit outdated .

Friendly staff and large, comfortable rooms. The location was great, less than 10 mins walk from the bus station and easy access to the city centre. The breakfast was extensive and tasty. Overall great value for money.

The bathroom was a little dated. The mini bar fridge could be quite loud at night.

- Be aware that, for international (American/European) standards this is a passable 3 star-hotel; therefore, cost-benefit not good at all (I would recommend spending a bit more and choosing a "5"-star hotel instead.)- This is an old hotel with some renovated rooms. The smell in the hotel corridors is unpleasant.- The lift is EXTREMELY noisy, so having a room near it makes it very unpleasant to sleep. Also some noise from outside in the neighborhood.- Room cleanliness passable but not great (we did notice hair in the shower drain once we arrived.)- Bed sheets with stains. Also in towels (including strange smell.)- Breakfast room was FULL all the time and several food/beverages missing, cleanliness of the dishes and the dining room very bad.

The location was good. The hall and main entrance were well arranged and decorated.

The worst part of the stay was the scam in the information provided. I was charged for the full stay on mi arrival, but when I checked out, other charges were added (ej parking) which were neither explained nor adviced on my arrival. The booking ad is not clear about the policies either (you need 4clicks to get to know that the parking is not free on the premises), so charges were charged…The building was old, the smell in the rooms could tell.The air conditioning made noises during the night, and we could also hear noises from other rooms nearby.

The breakfast was great — huge selection of Brazilian classics. They provided a free upgrade to a better room.

(1) The room was dirty and not cleaned well. I arrived to find dirty sheets on the bed, and it took several contacts with the staff to get things changed.(2) Contrary to what the property reports on Booking.com, the rooms are not soundproof. One can hear everything in the adjacent rooms as well as lots of street noise — hard to sleep.(3) The property was very old with extremely uncomfortable beds/furnishings.(4) Unlike other hotels in the area (and I have stayed at several because I travel to Floripa regularly for work), this property does not offer courtesy water. This is unusual in Floripa because everyone knows the tap water is not potable.(5) While friendly, the staff struggled with basic requests, even in their native language.

Clean, spacious, staff were nice, breakfast was really good and it is in a good location. We got a free upgrade also which was cool :)
