In one of our rooms, the AC remote didnt work but they fixed it on the third day

Location was great. Bed was comfy. Shower pressure was amazing!!! Staff was friendly!

It's a great room with a restaurant attached to the hotel, simple no frills, and quiet so that you can rest up! Bed was comfortable as well

AC buttons were a bit confusing to play around with, but overall not too bad.

The tv didn’t work, there were ants in the room, the internet did not work in all parts of the room, did not work in the bathroom the hotel was a mess and it is not close to the beach

Location was superb - close to amazing restaurants and food courts. Breakfast was also super yummy and staff was very nice and helpful!

Their booking ad had pictures from the superior rooms as standard rooms. So we were disappointed when the room looked nothing like what we paid. Thankfully they were understanding and gave us an upgrade for free.The bedding and towels had stains and overall it looked a bit dirty.

absolutely loved the place - I had the impression they really do care about their guests, friendly staff, possibility to keep the bags, great breakfast even with gluten free options, nice rooms, clean and nice. I was traveling alone and couldnt have felt safer - would definitely stay again.

The food was amazing and the prices were ok (both the food and the hotel), the gym was also good.

Excellent location, in the city center, in a walking distance from the intercity bus station.

I arrived very late after midnight and very tired and the staff who received me was having difficulties to use the POS machine to charge my stay and he refused to check in because of that. I had enough EUR and USD, but he refused them as payment and could not also exchange the money to Reais. He asked me to look for ATM to get Reais at that time, but most of the ATMs in the city only accept Brazilian cards. Fortunately, after some time arguing with the staff, I remembered that I had some Reais that I was planning to use on the following morning, and it was enough to pay for that night stay.

Nice place to stay for a few days and discover the downtown area.. clean and safe !

Wifi service must be improved

The property itself was good. However, it is impossible me to retrieve items that are left behind. I find the staff/protocol very sketchy and unhonest.

BEWARE!!!! Triple check before leaving the property. It is Impossible to retrieve items left behind. We called multiple times abs for the run around on how the housekeepers keep the items and we have to call to “remind” her to leave it out.

Breakfast was very good. The staff helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Check in took a long time for being 1:30am. The AC did not work. The front desk clerk was nice enough to come up and try to get it working, but he was unsuccessful. So, they gave us a different room. There are 2 small elevators for a 10-story hotel, so they are very busy near Check out time. We parked a car in the garage. It was tight, but not much of a problem. The problem is leaving from G2, the lower garage. It's very steep to exit and you exit onto a busy street with people on the sidewalk. There should an alarm to notify passersby that a car is coming up.

Nothing literally

This is one of the worst hotels I have lived. All facilities are the cheapest quality. The towels smell like old odor… the door is made of paper, one can hear everything in the hallway. Thus hotel is worse than the motels in many countries.

Location is great if you have to stay in the centro, close to a number of good restaurants and just generally well located

Ants, there are little ants pretty much alone every wall, they are super style.ants so they don’t bite or anything. But come on. Shower and room are clean enough, but can def be better. Street noise. If you get one of the rooms on lower floors that are near the street, don’t expect quiet, requested to change rooms as the 1st room give was on 2nd floor with 2 side that had windows to streets. Was only staying one night so not really going to be too much of an issue, but after like 16hrs of travel you want to be able to sleep some. The hotel could be on a higher tier if they would just paint it properly, clean up the ant issue, get a better bed, and update the bathroom. But I guess they are ok with the mediocre. Not an expensive 5* hotel and that is understood it is a more budget friendly hotel, but something are basic even as a 3* rating, the fall in the 2.5 *. Bit have stayed at 3 star that punch higher. This one punches lower. If it’s only for a night or two it’s good enough, anything longer it best to find something else.

The noises in the middle of the night. Slamming doors and the elevators.

Very comfortable beds and pillows. Great shower and lots of amenities.
