the pillows are horrible i could not get comfirtable so my quality of sleep was highly affected.

The sheets had a blood stain. I saw it and reported to the employee who brang me a new sheet.

I booked 2 suites long time in advance for my family.One room was excellent, at the 12th floor, with a nice view...The other room was good, but in the 1st floor, with no view and not silent...What a pity...

I had a great stay at Blue Tree Florianópolis! We spent New Year’s Eve there and it was a wonderful choice. We stayed in the Executive Suite, which was beautiful, spacious, and super comfortable – perfect for relaxing in style. The bed was incredibly cozy; it was hard to get up in the morning!The location is also a big plus: right next to Beiramar Shopping and close to great spots for walking around or grabbing a bite to eat. Everything was very convenient.The staff was friendly and the overall vibe of the hotel was warm and welcoming. I’d definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and a great location in Floripa!

Noisy!! Day and night. They allow dogs. It’s an expensive hotel not a kennel. They was a dog in one room yapping all day and half the night.

Location was great. Staff very helpful and nice. Breakfast didn't disappoint. Food from the restaurant was delicious.

The hotel doesn’t have a small bar to have few drinks

Great location, next to restaurants, bars and a mall. Staff were fantastic throughout the whole stay. Facilities were great and all very clean. Good breakfast also!

Wi Fi in the room very poor, need to stay close the door to work!!I travelled by myself but paid for 2, I just booked on booking and didn’t know there was different rate for just one guest!!

Location is great and staff is friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately for us, room 1306 is directly below the gym and we were awoken every morning at about 7:30 to some lunkhead slamming weights like he was in Gold’s Gym. I’m annoyed that we weren’t warned. I’m not a drinker and I’m generally in bed by midnight so I didn’t lose that much sleep, but it’s still a jarring way to wake up. If you partake in Floripa’s abundant night life, be warned. Avoid rooms on the 13th floor, especially 1306.

Excellent breakfast, clean rooms and great location.

Internet connection was very bad.There was no coffee machine or kettle in the room.

It’s conveniently located downtown. The staff was helpful and helping me decide on a clean beach to go to.

Small room. They didnt offer me packed breakfast as i left before breakfast time but have been offered packed brekfast in other hotels.

The staff was extremely helpful. We had a great ocean view, and the room was very big, with a wonderful bed and pillow and a really good shower. The breakfast was one of the best I ever had at a hotel. The location was great, and there were lots of excellent restaurants nearby.

They were always smiley and pleasant, and efficiently organised our car parking.Housekeeping Staff: Very polite and courteous throughout our stay.Room Quality: The bed was good and firm, ensuring a comfortable sleep.Room Size: Both the room and bathroom were large and spacious, providing ample space to relax.Location: near good shops and restaurants, and the beach.

Check-in Experience: While the reception staff spoke good English, they insisted on speaking Portuguese despite my repeated requests to converse in English. This made the check-in process less pleasant.Breakfast Experience:Poor vegan options available.Lack of bowls for cereal; we had to ask for them.The breakfast setup was not completed on time, causing a delay as we had to leave early for the airport.Reception Bathroom: The toilet paper in the reception bathroom was of extremely poor quality, reminiscent of cheap napkins from bars.Recommendations for Improvement:Reception Staff Training: Ensure that reception staff accommodate language preferences of guests to enhance the check-in experience.Breakfast Service: Improve vegan options and ensure all items, like bowls for cereal, are readily available. Ensure the breakfast is set up on time, especially for guests with early departures.Bathroom Supplies: Upgrade the quality of toilet paper in the reception bathroom to meet guest expectations and enhance comfort.
