Property is well maintained, clean and central.

I have stayed at this hotel three times in the past, which makes it particularly disappointing to see how noticeably the standard has declined. What was once a polished, friendly property now feels indifferent to the guest experience.From the moment of arrival, the shortcomings were apparent. At check-in, no information was provided at all—no explanation of hotel services, no guidance on breakfast, amenities, or even basic logistics. This lack of communication set a poor tone and felt surprisingly unprofessional for a hotel in this category.Most unacceptable, however, was the fact that the room was not ready at the agreed check-in time. This is not a minor inconvenience but a fundamental failure, and at this price point it is simply not excusable. Guests plan their arrival around the promised check-in time, and failing to honor it shows a disregard for both time and expectations.I booked 2 rooms, one was made available, after I complained, 10 minutes past the check in time, The second room 40 minutes after that. I have never experienced anything similar in years of traveling, and was surprised that Novotel, such an esteemed chain of hotels, failed to uphold this basic commitment.Having been a returning guest, this decline is especially disappointing. I won’t be coming back.

This hotel met the Novotel international standards both in terms of facilities and customer service.The location is also quite convenient.

The pool area was too small to accommodate many people and I had to give up, but that was a very minor inconvenience.

Good location, comfortable bed. Staff at reception is friendly professional.

Noisy if your room faces the main road, needs double-glass windows. The waiter running the breakfast room is unkempt and rude. Bed is comfortable but pillows are not.

Solid hotel with a great, central location downtown. Easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and night life.Has a true king size bed, great included breakfast, and affordable wash-and-fold laundry service.

The entire hotel is "narrow but tall", so the bathrooms, gym, and pool area all feel quite small. The gym in particular is a fairly odd assortment of equipment.The breakfast is good, but for a little bit more, the LK design hotel next door is exceptional.WiFi is fussy and not really suitable for remote work or Zoom calls.

After a 16 hour trip, I arrived at the hotel and none of their terminals were accepting my bank cards. We called my bank

Only one staff Caio. He helped me a lot. He was the only one who was communicating in English.

I was able to hear the noise from other rooms. They were babies crying. I didn’t like that they ask to pay for the water if I have consumed.

Easy location for restaurants and nightlife. Great views. Car is necessary to reach nice beaches

The facilities, breakfast, cleaning and the hotel is close to everything.

Position, value for money and close to the airport

Breakfast was delicious-the park is across the street. We only stayed one night on the way to the airport.

Great hotel, staff very friendly especially the guy that welcomes the guests for breakfast very friendly. Well positioned with easy access to close by shopping centre and restaurants. Loved the walks on the promenade next to the sea.

Maybe need to put in some better quality mattresses the one i had was a bit tired. Most hotels in Brazil offer memory foam mattresses which are better for my back

The breakfast buffet and restaurant were good but not exceptional. The view of the Bahia Norte is outstanding from rooms in the front of the hotel. The walking and biking paths along the shore are great. The location provides nearby access to shopping, restaurants and other services such as the Farmacia Popular Preco and laundry.

The pool of the hotel was closed during our stay.

Location in front of the sea with a great sea view (if you’re in the rooms at the front). Some good restaurants and coffee shops very near. It’s a safe area also and nice to walk in the path by the sea.

The sound proofing isn’t perfect, you can hear sounds from rooms when in the corridor
