A great hotel in a great location, price seems al little bit higher, but the location and services are great. The staff is very friendly.

Might need some maintenance in some areas, but they are working on it (i saw the staff working)

I loved the space and cleanliness, very comfy , staff very welcoming and quick to respond, parking was great too, loved a lot of aspects, breakfast was great too

Air conditioner was very loud, it was working correctly but was old and loud, people in the hotel was not encouraged to take out belongins near the pool, so people went to breakfast and left towels there saving a spot, but that is a bit unfair since the place was not being used, there should be a warning sign saying that spots without people and with towels or belongings would be kept for a maximum of 30 minutes or something before other people use the spot.Also, more energy spots would be welcome, especially near the bedOh, a change of beach chairs to more comfortable ones instead of bar-like plastic chairs would be best

The breakfast very varied and delicious.The location, spectacular, it has acess to the beach.

The employers are very friendly, but they should let guest know when they are going to take apart the breakfast buffet, as they do in others hotels.Bathroom lacks maintenance of the floor.

The view from the room, pools, sauna, cleaness, staff, towels for the beach, cofee.

Price for parking, I thought it was included because the hotel was already very well paid.

BReakfast was good. I was there for the Ironman, breakfast started at 5am, for next year I would suggest 4:30am, as the transition opens at 5am.

The hotel needs maintenance. Beds are old and not very comfortable, the A/C did not work well, etc.

I didn't like that it doesn't have many plugs, the television, the extra bed is very hard, the room is old, for that price it's not a 4-star room, the hotel is old

Breakfast is awesome, with a lot of options. The location is excellent. The pool is amazing. The connection with the beach is awesome too

Everything, location, cleanliness, friendly staff. Walk out to the beach is a big plus.

If you don’t speak Portuguese make sure you have a way to translate what you want in Portuguese. Only few of the stuff speak English.

Close to everything, access to the beach, very organized, very clean, best staff.

Breakfast could have more healthy options, vegan options. And have a shuttle that takes you for the activities around the city.

on the webpage was not mentioned that would extra charge for pets. also informed that was service room in the evening and it wasn’t like that .. the. booking was done for couple and kid .. room was not prepared accordingly . other pet was doing noise during the evening because the owner had get out and letting the dog itself on the room !!! I had signed a contract in the checking informing that was mandatory to bring the dog with me while getting out of apartment!!! different rules for different hosts ?

Hotel and room need renovation.The "fully equipped kitchen" has nothing but a fridge, microwave, flatware and a glasses.
