Costa Norte Ingleses Hotel

Breakfast was amazing. The staff in the restaurant were very attentive, especially Javier and Yunior, who both spoke English and Spanish, as our Portuguese is rusty. They did a good job with the salmon and chicken dishes at lunch and dinner. The game rooms (pool and ping-pong) were fun. Pool was probably actually English Billiards, as the holes and balls were smaller than American pool. Unfortunately, the room was too small for the table, so the pool cue hit the wall on many shots. The bed wasn't up to Wyndham or Sheridan standards, but it had good structure to it and I slept well. It was very springy and on the hard side. The vendors at the beach cater to every whim, whether it is dresses, swim suits, beach toys, congas, or food/beverages.

The room was a bit sterile, with white walls and floors. They didn't change the bed sheets during the stay, which is really noticeable when at a beach destination. The hot tub didn't get hot and the jets didn't work. The sauna didn't get quite hot enough. The indoor pool had a layer of something on top - we passed on using it. The tennis court is newly refinished, but they rent it out to a pro for lessons - we think to locals - so it was hard to get slots. The beach is great for taking a walk, but the vendors crowd around so densely that it obstructs the view of the ocean if you want to just sit and soak in the air and sun. While the restaurant menu boasted shrimp dishes, they overcook it.

The staff was amazing and always very helpful!We had an issue with our room, and we got moved to another room without any issues.The hotel is directly by the beach, with swimming pools that kids loved!The restaurant was excellent as well, the breakfast was excellent and we had dinner almost every day there, the food is very well prepared!

The access to the beach from the hotel is excellent, the restaurant has a great view and the breakfast is pretty good.

Small room, I was also able to hear kids screaming next door and their parents early in the morning all I was looking was a pleasant sleep. :/

The hotel was clearly one of the best ones in the island but the overall infrastructure is very old and at least for me the price per night is significantly higher than what you receive

There was a very large insect in the bathroom and both the toilet and the sink were clogged. That is stuff that can not happen in a place with a very high price per night. Simply not acceptable.

Everything went fine, since the booking, reception, check in, food, checkout…

No complaint about the Hotel. My family and I want to return during summer time.

The Staff was super friendly and competent. The breakfast had all we wanted, tasty and good quality. The beach is super beautiful. Restaurant on the beach served a super Caipirinha and food. Pool is nice and clean. Thank you very much for the perfect stay to the Hotel Team.

we stayed in the chalet and we were just a few meters away from the beach…was Great!!! Restaurant: menu has a great selection and the food was delicious!! Breakfast buffet was very good!! Staff were so friendly and service was excellent!!

Very bad bed and breakfast. No natural eggs, only chemistry, even not orange juice (natural). My room was small and had street view. I am foreigner they even did not offer me room with a view, if available! The food prices at the restaurant are very high for Brasil in this part of the year. Also, no English speaking receptionists, we spoke thru Google translate. No good bye when leaving or smile. Very sad.
