Pillows & bedding not Pullman standard. Staff untrained. Overpriced.

The room was clean. But the amount paid does not match the quality of the room. The place is definitely over priced.

If u order a meal in the dining the meals take forever to be cooked. On one night on particular it took over an hour and half of waiting. The service does not match the Over 250 a night u pay for a room

Pullman did not register my points to All accor ,oleade ask them to do so

Good location & sprawling garden

The ambience, food ,staff, location and general cleanliness. The scenery is beautiful. Spacious rooms. The hotel is just too excellent.

The staff only speak French. For us English-speaking it's hard to have a conversation with the staff.

The Breakfast buffet is perfect

It's too expensive for nothing. The rooms are dirty and smell bad. The aircons are nkt work perfectly. The maintenance of the hotehotel is not up to standard. The services is super slow. I had to call the reception 3 times and waited for 40 minutes to get the technician to fix my air con while I was suffocating as there is no windows. Waited for anoter 30 after shoutinh on them to bring additional pillows in my room. I will rather go to Bourgdvilla and Novotel for the value of money

Aircon were not working. The maintenance is not up to standard. We can the reception up to 3 times for them to send the technician

staff is very kind everywhere.Restaurant is nice, good choice of food but at crazy prices! Many dishes on the menu were not available unfortunately.Excellent breakfast, lots of varieties. service is perfectLaundry is quick and well done (but expensive)

price per night is a bit high. I had no chance because I booked at 215€ / night and once I was in the hotel I saw prices much lower on Booking website around 170€. Rooms are a bit old but still the bed comfortable.On the other hand rooms are very noisy. You can hear all the conversation of your neighbor in the room next to yoursWine list is very short and crazy prices for bad quality. 40$ for bad french sauvignon

Cleanness and good service

I asked if something could be put in the bedroom for my mum’s birthday but nothing was done.

The location is in secured area with good overview .The breakfast on buffet and variousThe room is quiet and all the corridors are secured with access by card.

The room doesn't have the fridge. All the new hotels have reviewed the room ,by additional item as electrical kettle, microwave and fridge to make the guest easy on needing.

Clean and modern. Very nice grounds with extensive garden. Friendly staff. The room was very clean

The restaurant was quite expensive for what it offered. Also, the gym is outside the hotel and it is not obvious how to find it - you need to walk through a back gate, walk three minutes or so on a back road, enter an open air shopping strip, find the reception for the "complexe la plage", and only then they will let you into the gym. I am not sure I'd feel comfortable doing this after dark.

It is a very clean and modern hotel

The air conditioning didn't work at all during my stay. I suffered for 3 days in my room. My room was hotter compared to outside temperature. There was no window also in the room to open.

Breakfast was the place´s best meal

The hotel is outrageously overpriced. Everything seems to be worn out and run down. The restaurant staff are slow and unattending. The rooms don´t seem to very clean, probably due to the fact, that they are very run down.

Drain didn’t work, light bulbs didn’t work , ac worked, but produced so much noise, that it wasn’t possible to sleep for it, only one towel, tv and WiFi are difficult to use, IT-guy says his busy, because nobody can figure it out. everything is worn out
