- The breakfast was decent enough, but there was a big negative point for me: the nice-looking coffee machines they had did not work and only instant coffee was provided, which I find undrinkable. I had to look for a coffee shop every morning to get my fix.
- Quaint hotel close to the main sites. Staff were helpful and made us takeaway bags for breakfast when we had an early checkout. There is a nice view of the a volcano from the common area.

It is sad since the hotel has a lot of potential with better service and more details but needs to be knocked down in the rankings since soooo many better options there. Some rooms have nice view and decent showers and beds.
We were very disapointed with this QP hotels in Arequipa. We had a long stay in Arequipa and stayed in several other hotels and this was the worst service and management of the pandemic. Literally worst Wifi of any hotel or restaurant we went to in Arequipa. The staff had their moments but also just plain old lied a lot for no reason, especiall the guy. Breakfast was also worst of any place and they still could make it a buffet as advertised or include more food just like other hotels are doing.
