Breakfast was truly truly terrible!!! Bad selection, very bad coffee. Had to eat breakfast out at nearby restaurants.

The location is unbeatable, close to all the main places to visit and close to a lot of restaurants and Picanterias.Room was spacious and comfortable and the staff extremely helpful. I also loved the rooftop bar with a beautiful view of the three volcanoes surrounding Arequipa

Breakfast needs improvement, missing in freshness and in choice while a buffet breakfast.I had a breakfast bag done the day of an early excursion, I am sorry to said that the ham and cheese sandwich was very average and that the apple was rotten. That stopped me from trying the restaurant later on and from having again a breakfast bag done the day of my early departure.

Beds comfortable, great location.

Not enough hooks for towels/clothes. No waste basket in room, only in bathroom. Very, very bad breakfast (had to ask for milk for coffee/cereal, no yogurt for fruit, poor selection of everything), shower/toilet room is tiny. After cleaning, had to ask for free water bottles, coffee pod, and robe. Filtered water only available on ground floor.

Really nice upscale boutique hotel, beautifully decorated spaces and rooms. Good location a few blocks from Plaza Armas. Excellent rooftop bar/restaurant with breakfast and views of the city. Friendly and helpful staff.

The view can be better

The rooftop hotel bar and restaurant was fantastic. We arrived on the last day of the Premier League season. We were exhausted after hiking the Inca trail and needed a few hours to relax. The manager Mihail, and two employees,(Alexander and ?) spent 20 minutes figuring out how to get the Everton game for us. We relaxed, had some drinks and enjoyed the game. It was just what we needed. Thanks again for going above and beyond for us. Your kindness and humor made for a memorable stay. The views from the bar/restaurant at sunset are the best in the city. Room was comfortable and very clean.

Extraordinary looks everywhere. Wonderful terrace. Luxury finish of every piece of furniture, appliances, lender, towels, etc. Great fresh food, including breakfast

Rooms are very mediocre, balcony view to the cathedral means view to a parking lot and to one of the cathedral towers if you tilt your head around, dinner at the rooftop was bad (food and service)

Close to town , clean, great rooftop

Bathroom tiny toilet external sink- not a good set up. Locate near parking lot cars sirens constantly going off

First, I don't like the hidden fees like the "Recargo al consumo" that are not shown on the Booking prices. I ended up taking 27% extra of the listing prices. I'm aware of the 18% taxes, but that extra 10% feels like a scam.For the price, hot water 24/7 is a must. I can't wait 1 hour for your heater when I'm on a tight and busy schedule.

No window for the outside.. the window that exists is to the corridor and the room can be seen from upper floor

Absolutely perfect location and a beautiful building with outstanding comfort , services and luxury touches. I would describe it as boutique.Many larger hotel chains aspire to this level but do not reach it . The jewel in the crown is the rooftop bar area where breakfast can be enjoyed overlooking spectacular views of the historic plaza one block away. Also wonderful for sunset drinks . Staff and management are friendly and often went that extra step to ensure stay was memorable.

The property is fantastic. It’s in a perfect location - just a couple of blocks from the historic town but still quiet. Our room was great - with a balcony overlooking the cathedral - it was relaxing and comfortable.The rooftop bar was perfect for breakfast and for drinks and food at night. The team were all incredibly helpful. A big thank you to Juan Carlos and Nicole when we checked in who arranged for our motorbikes to be parked at the back of the hotel. And a big thank you to Jonathan who was incredibly helpful when we needed to stay an extra night. Our room had already been booked and so he upgraded us to a suite. Such great customer service.

The location of the hotel is amazing, close to all amenities and historic buildings in Arequipa. The hotel is brand new, so all the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff was really helpful and they served a great breakfast

The rooftop music can be a bit noisy from early morning until 10pm, which might not be ideal if you have an early morning tour from Arequipa.

Amazing location right in middle of the city. No need for taxis. Super comfy beds. Nice quality finishings. Lovely roof terrace drinks and breakfast. Noisy music on roof terrace but this stopped at 10pm each night so that was OK. Would defo stay again.

Showers so so, not very strong. Don't stay in room 309 as it's right under the roof bar and was so noisy. We asked to be moved at midnight, was a pain in the derriere but they did accommodate us in another smaller room very efficiently so we're not going to mark them down on that. They also refunded the £ difference.

Great selection, fresh ingredients, and friendly staff. The rooftop bar view is very memorable. The bellman of the hotel was very helpful and he anticipated all of our needs. He paid attention to details and was very attentive.

Not everything on the menu was available. The spa was nice but hot tub water was lukewarm which should have been hotter.
