Excellent location. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. The room was clean. I highly recommended this hotel.

Quite the price for a room, but you can say its levels above all other hotels there, also the breakfast was just okay, not that much variety and most foods were gone by the time i got there (8 am) and it took ages to fill the containers

There was an issue with our arranged pick-up from the bus station. We arrived at night, but no one came, even though the transfer had been confirmed. We had to take a local taxi directly from the station. It turned out to be much cheaper, but still, the situation was unpleasant.

The Hampton by Hilton Arequipa is a newly renovated and modern hotel located in a traditional building. The room was spacious and clean. We had to leave at 3:30 am after one night for the Colca Canyon tour, and they packed us nice bag breakfasts that included sandwiches and juices. The location is excellent and walking distance to the main plaza.

staff is not attentive. we are two Asian gals. our first day breakfast, nobody ask us about egg option and in the end we requested ourself for fried eggs. however, we didn’t think too much about it. but when it come to our second breakfast, it happened again, nobody ask us if we want to order any egg and mean time we saw the staff ask all other table if they want egg ! we are the only one nobody care and in the end we didn’t order any egg. it’s a small thing but make big difference about feeling towards this hotel.

The hospitable service, especially Mr. SIMEON at the terrace of the jacuzzi area. Besides him, Anthony of reception also.

Breakfast box could be improved (compared to some other hotels who offer more basic breakfast).Experience with staff was mixed - some were extremely kind and helpful (especially the ones in the night/early morning). With others, my experience has been quite negative - it felt like you were bothering them. I also contacted reception for some help regarding a call to check if they could help me as I don't speak Spanish. I was told that someone would come to help - they never did.

The breakfast is quite generous by local standards, adhering to the typical standards of South American chain hotels. The hotel is relatively new in the area, and the location is convenient

I stayed for a total of three nights. During the first two nights, the air conditioning in room 135 was malfunctioning, which resulted in mosquitoes entering and staying in the room. On the third night, I was relocated to room 301, where the shower water fluctuated between hot and cold. As compensation, the hotel manager offered us a complimentary lunch, during which we ordered two burgers that were exceptionally delicious.

Clean and as expected. Good decision for a stopover in Arequipa. Free parking.

Location and attentiveness of the staff are great. Architecture is nice and hotel rooms brand new. Rooms are very clean. Definitely recommend the hotel for a stay.

First night we had a room with a view, it was also very noisy due to machines on the roof..The staff changed rooms immediately after our complaint. Breakfast area a bit small, but very nice terrace where you can eat as well.

The hotel is very nice, with that colonial feel that the old structure provides. Rooms are comfy and spacious, and very clean. Breakfast and food overall is excellent with a nice variety of flavors and options.

Hotel services. They offered taxi service from the airport to the hotel, indicating to request it by email. Having sent my request to the indicated address I never received any answer or confirmation. Upon arriving at the hotel by my own means I asked about this issue, but the hotel stuff didn't have any information about the service and only gave me the Manager's card to contact her and present my case. Not helpful at all.

Rooms are very comfortable and very clean, great for relaxing after a long day The location is perfect for a downtown walk, minutes away from Plaza de Armas and other tourist attractions. the hotel itself is quite nice, mixing the old traditional architecture of Arequipa with a modern hotel. Very nice patio to enjoy a drink in the evening. Staff is very friendly and helpful

Cleanliness of the restaurant was not great, especially during breakfast hours. Tables were left unattended with used dishes and food leftovers. Staff should work a little harder to ensure guests can sit at a clean table for breakfast or lunch. I had an issue with my credit card, but the staff was quick to help me with it.

I liked the Location because it was walkable distance to most nice restaurants. The rooftop was what we most enjoyed after our long days at work or day trips.

Each day I was calling the reception at 5am to let them know I wanted to extend my stay after asking them the total price for one more night.When I called them the morning before my last night the person at the reception told me the last night would cost 159$ including all taxes, so I accepted. But the same evening when I wanted to pay my bill because the next day I had an early flight, the lady at the reception told me the last night cost was 186$ because of taxes. I explained her that her colleague told me it was 159$ total but she didn't listen. After that I asked for an interview with hotel manager to solve the issue. The manager was almost rude with me - not trusting me about the initial price announced. A few hours later the same person who initially said the price would be 159$ called my room and told me not to worry, I will have to pay 159$ total including taxes. Next day at the reception I had to pay more than 180$ for the night and couldn't contest because I had to leave for my flight.I guess there's a big communication issue between staff members, only a few speak good english. However it's not my problem, they should be reliable when they give a price and not blame their client for their organization issues.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff were amazing super friendly and helpful the room was clean and comfortable.

Everything was up to our expectations and more no complaints
