- AC stopped working in middle of night, moved to a different room
- We had a wonderful stay at the Novotel RJ Santos hotel. Without exception all of the staff made us feel very welcome. We dont speak Portuguese but everyone made a great effort to either speak English to us or to understand what we wanted. We had breakfast and our evening meals at the hotel every day and both were exceptional. The food was delicious and great value for money. Our room was spotlessly clean. If we go to Rio de Janeiro again we will definitely choose to stay at this hotel.
- It was misleading because looked like was in the airport and wasn't. And the area is not safe so I had to take a cab to the airport.

- It felt not clean. Lights were not good. Something felt off.
