Pros +
- Located near metro station. Staff behaviour was decent.
- Walk to train station; very friendly staff, felt safe, had a restaurant and snacks to buy. small shops immediately across the street and within walking distance. AC worked very well. Rooms were small but there was a fridge and cubby space. No USB ports. Bed was on hard side and pillows were small but otherwise quite comfy. I can't imagine two people in there though!
- What a wonderful place very central close to everything and the customer service is unbelievable truly amazing except for the cameras in my room, but everything else is pretty
Cons -
- The room was VERY tiny for the price we paid. It had no drinking water bottle, electric kettle, snacks, not even shampoo. Only shower gel was provided. Everything else had to be brought separately. Water bottles were available for purchase in the hotel lobby and it was very expensive. The breakfast buffet was decent. For dinner, they offered buffet with mainly pizza - which was mediocre for the price they charged. Microwave and electric kettle were available for use in the hotel lobby. Next to the kettle, there were very tiny disposable cups or no cups at all. They were trying to cut costs in every way. I would avoid this hotel if I visit Sao Paulo again.
- Small room with a tight fit so two ppl with extra luggage will be challenging.
- The only unfortunate things were the lack of a hand-held bidet in the bathroom and thin pillows on the bed. The elevators should also have an integrated system to make them more efficient.

Although it’s not the safest neighborhood (which is normal for any downtown area of a big city), the 24h reception and security safe to go in or out at any time of the day. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are on the smaller side but they are indeed very quiet and modern. A great hotel for couples or friends, specially if you’re willing to use the subway.

It is near the Luz station. Employee are so friendly.
Wifi does not work well at the high floors. Air conditioner is center controlled, we could not change it. As a policy, they ask for money if you wanna leave your luggage for some hours.
It was clean
The AC stopped working regularly, the staff on the night we arrived was not as helpful as one may expect.I think the pizza thing on the dinner could extend a bit later but I guess tradition is different
Very good location to public transportationThe lobby and staff are very welcoming
The bathroom had broken tiles and was not really clean (lime/mold)
Breakfast was good.
Room is super super small. No blankets or extra pillows were supplied. You had to go down to reception and then none was available. Hotel is in a very bad part of town. Security at the front door...felt unsafe.
Hotel is reasonably priced, good location for visiting the Mercado Municipal
My room access card had to be reprogrammed 4 times during my 1 week stay - each time preventing me getting into my room and necessitating an elevator trip back to reception. The technology in use is poor. On the 4th occasion when I politely complained, the female receptionist was very rude. Towels were poor quality - some days no bathmat was provided. No drinking water in the rooms. Hotel is extremely busy at times, so there can be long waits for an elevator. The area around the hotel has many homeless people and feels unsafe.
Love the location.
The noise. Seems to come from the water pipes or something. Isn’t great. For the price the noise it’s a bit too much.
• Clean and neat property.• Good breakfast.
• the room is very small.• staff doesn’t speak english. • No water, tea and coffee in the room.
I loved how welcoming the staff was, how clean everything was and all the safety measures they take into account! Absolutely recommend

Everything is amazing! Very clean and so comfortable. The staff is 100% helpful and very nice to us.
I think it’s the location :-( located right at Luz where they are a bit dangerous to walk around.
I liked that the property was very closed to the citizens centre.
The hotel was nothing like advertised and rated on booking.com. We checked in at 11pm and we were given a room with a defect (toilet button broken, I show them the pictures of it and one staff even went upstairs to confirm) then we were changed to another. Room which was not cleaned properly (floor messed, duvet with marks of not being cleaned for a while and when I went to ask for another room, emphasising that I would not move to another bad room, the night staff (Gilson) tried to moved us to a room That was smelling cigarettes. So my wife and I decided to stay in the room that was not cleaned cause at least we could sleep without any smell. Samantha on the next day helped as she could but trying to give a discount for next stay is a very bad policy for a hotelThat caused such a discomfort to their guests. Nevertheless she was helpful and attended to little requests to have a complementary breakfast and to hold onto my luggages for the afternoon.
The hotel is very close to the subway, the local staff is very polite. The breakfast is a bit expensive but delicious.
The location is very dangerous, even the 1-minute walk from the subway to the hotel is not advised at night. Communication with the hotel is terrible, I asked some questions and never got an answer via the Booking website or email, and it took me many attempts over the phone to get someone to help me.
Breakfast was good, Pizza at dinner was perfect!
The housekeepers should apply insecticide to the rooms.
Excellent breakfast with all varieties of food items even for lactose-free people. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. It's well-located in Centro although just slightly beyond the main area, which means it is best to use prudence for a few blocks until you're in the business area.
All good.
Great location! Near the subway and market. Lots of interesting shops about 5mins walk away.
The small outdoor area in front of the hotel was nice and green as the surrounding area was quite creepy (especially when it got dark outside). Expectations were high when entering the hotel....The Metro station is very close and also the train station to take the train to the airport
First, we got a room with a nice view, which unfortunately had been cleaned with some kind of chemical that made us cough so much that we had to ask for another room. The new room was without TV (Only his wires still hung sadly on the wall) and nonworking air conditioner, but we did not want to go and ask for a new one. Unfortunately, the night was terrible, as a hot room and polyester sheets are not the best combination for a good night's sleep. This hotel was the last stop of our three-week trip to Brazil, and it was here that we encountered the first and only unpleasant Brazilian - the rude breakfast waiter. There is nothing wrong with this hotel, but if there is any concern, know that not only one of the staff does not know a word of English and they even avoid communicating with you because of it. Unfortunately, the breakfast was also the meagerest, although it has been praised in the feedback here?!
Location is kinda dangerous.
I had to pay for full price to do the check in three hours before, it's fine to charge but should be half price.
