Novotel São Paulo Berrini

Location was good, peaceful - a bit away from main road but it is OK for me. After evening/ night hardly anyone around the hotel so some may not feel comfortable staying if they are coming back by walk.Not much restaurants around but you can easily walk to Morumbi shopping mall (open only till 22:00 Brazil Time) to find something to eat. I also saw many getting food delivered via some apps to the hotel.

Very clean and modern

Small room, shower with no door - gets wet outside. Breakfast wasn’t as goof as other similar hotels. Overall, not much value in this hotel at their price.

Location is perfect for the US consulate.

Price is outrageous. Some issues with water temperature consistency.

The heating was not working properly

Very nice and committed staff. Instant response when the internet connection failed in the room. Nice breakfast. Fresh facilities. Overall very good value when considering the daily rates.

Great space for conference goers

When booking didn't realize it was more of a conference hotel, loved everything else about it, just needed more things for the kids to do, so we transferred to the Novotel Morumbi

Very well located. A stone throw to the American consulate, walking distance to a large shopping mall, restaurants, grocery shops, etc.

I don't like low floors and I stayed on the second floor and had no view at all.I paid premium price!

We loved the breakfast and the room. In addition to the attention of the staff, in short the stay was great!

Booked an executive room. The only thing executive about it was that it was on the top floor of the building. It was the smallest room I've ever had. Couldn't use the whole desk while sitting in the chair because there wasn't enough room to get the chair between the desk and the bed when I was in the chair. I arrived early. They had rooms ready but would not let me check in until 2:00 p.m. without paying an additional fee. Hilton, I'm sorry I left, but I am coming back.

Location and breakfast

Hotel is uncomfortable, looks like it needs an upgrade. Room is very small, small bed, small shower, everything is mini.In fotos it looks cozy. In reality is opposite.It s not worth the money we payed at all.Attention is ok, nothing special or super nice or super helpful, just regular.I do not understand high rate review of this property.

they don’t give toiletries.. they just put one soap everyday. lol so cheapstaff doesn’t speak English and i asked for iron 10 times… called them but they put it every timestaff over counter was very good but at phone they were rude and hang my call every timethey gave me a very small bed and the hotel was so noisy that i could wake up 10 times in mid night

Checkout was made automatically before our check out time, which caused some embarassment with my family which had no information and guidance from the staff.

The hotel is fantastic, situated conveniently next to the US Consulate, making it stress-free for traverlers like myself that come to that region for visa interviews. The facilities are superb, with an outstanding breakfast and delightful dining options. Additionally, the 11th floor boasts a top-notch fitness center, relaxation area, and my personal favorite, a dry sauna that truly made my day. While it was a bit pricier than anticipated, the experience it offers is exceptional. If you're willing to pay the price, it's definitely worth it.

I'm currently in the process of emailing the property to obtain my invoice. It's perplexing to me why this isn't an automated procedure. Given that I need to prepare an expense report, having the invoice readily available is crucial, especially since a printed option wasn't even offered. This oversight is quite disappointing from my perspective. For a hotel of this caliber, having the experience tarnished by such an unnecessary administrative hurdle seems nonsensical. I urge you to address this issue promptly.
