Everybody very friendly!!

The breakfast was good so the location.

The wifi was pretty bad, I couldn't even connect through the tv. The pool was a bit dirty as well.

I like the location of the hotel. It is very convenient and easy to go everywhere. It is also easy to find good restaurants nearby, and the area feels safe to walk around. The staff are very helpful and friendly, even though some of them cannot speak English very well. The breakfast is nice as well.

However, the internet was not working for two days during my stay. I had to use my mobile roaming data to access the internet in my room. The connection showed as connected, but there was no internet access. It worked on the first day, but after that, it stopped working completely. The bed was acceptable, but I did not feel comfortable using the bed sheet as a blanket. Due to my long flight, short stay, and the time difference, I was very tired and did not want to disturb the hotel staff.

The staff was great!!! Excellent location. Very clean rooms. Great price.

One of the most disappointing stay in Sao Paulo .. Rooms are not in that good condition, worst thing was the shower!! it took more than 30-40 mins to get hot water !! in evening and even in morning also when you are in hurry, and just a tiny space to take bath. It was just one night stay else I would have surely cancelled the booking and shifted to somewhere else.Windows are like shutters of the shops!!Another surprise - they charged me BRL 30/day per bag - for storing the luggage which is free almost everywhere.The young boy at entrance who takes care of welcoming the guests - was very sweet and friendly.. that's the only good part I can say.Will never ever chose this hotel again!

The property was very clean. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. I will stay there again. The breakfast was very delicious.

Actually, I liked everything about the property

The lobby is great, the pool is small but clean.

The hotel room felt quite old, and the bed was very hard. The security box didn’t work, and some of the windows were broken. The receptionist was also rather rude and even misspelled the Wi-Fi password, so I had to return to the front desk for help connecting.

Very good location. So close to Avenida Paulista. Big bed. Room was nice.

Great clean room. Great location to the main street. Lots of little local restaurants and bars within walking distance. The area is extremely safe with a lot of police presence. The staff is exceptional and as helpful as you can get. I would recommend this to any traveler.

My room had issues and I had to switch the room. Safe was not working and they sent someone to fix it. Then still not working. Sink was not draining the water so I had to change the room.

Hotel Trianon is in the excellent and elegant neighborhood of Jardins just blocks from the Av. Paulista and MASP. The amenities are pretty basic, but the hotel is clean, safe, and has an excellent breakfast. My room was also very spacious. Majority of guests seemed to be Brazilian business travelers.

As I am a light sleeper, I found the noise from adjacent rooms somewhat jarring. You can hear everything from the bathroom of the room next door in your own (and hence vice versa), and one evening I heard loud (snoring?) noises from the adjacent room on the other side. Ear plugs recommended. The men stationed at the entrance also sit there without greeting guests or help with large bags, which I found odd in a place where strangers regularly say hello to each other and are helpful.
