This is the best of the Tryp hotels in sao paulo in this area. Usually, its $10 to $20 more but with it..

Keys always don't work...have had to re key several times

Great hotel, excellent location with bars and restaurants nearby. Rooms and bed are very comfortable and the food is very good.

wi-fi in the room didn't work well and I couldn't watch TV at all.concierge staying outside were not very proactive or helpful to get a taxi, carry luggage or open doors to the client.

Bed was comfortable and sheets were crisp and nice

Facilities need better maintenance ( doors peeling, carpets in the common area, yellowed light switches). Breakfast was varied but quality of the food and beverage was disappointing.

It’s well located with a good breakfast and they have a reasonable gym.

Hotel is quite dated. Definitely needs an upgrade. Breakfast was excellent and staff were extremely helpful and kind. I feel if they just refurbish the rooms, the stay experience would be amazing.

I missed having the robe and sleepers in the room, also a bigger TV screen. The pool was good, but i found a lack of options within the restaurant. People were super polite and overall was a good stay. But compared to other hotels ita was average.

Half board option was such a nice addition, saves the hassle to look for dinner, there's mini bar and refrigerator was filled with drinks, just gotta pay what you consume but it's a great addition. Close to nearby restaurants, Morumbi station and supermarkets. Room was spacious and comfy ?

Client, service,facilities, the hotel. They canceled my habitation no reason and then check in again.

Awful coffee. Very limited choice. Too many carbohydrates not enough ripe fresh fruit.

I knew pool would not be operating. However I came a day early so I could sunbath if nice weather. It was glorious but no sun loungers available as all were stored away.

Nothing at all

We had a quite disappointing stay at this hotel. For several hundred dollars a night, it’s unacceptable that even basic amenities like complimentary water in the room aren’t provided. The carpets were stained, and the bedding seemed quite old. The mattress was uncomfortable, with squeaky springs that creaked at every move. The bathroom was a complete mess, with facilities from 30 years ago—a leaky toilet, mold on the ceiling, hair everywhere, and a rusty mirror. To top it off, they charge extra for coffee at breakfast! Definitely not worth the price.

Breakfast was always very packed and the hotel didn’t quite have enough seating spaceI had both breakfast and dinner everyday - the food is not great. You might want to pay for breakfast only and not half boardAlso for dinner it was always a la carte but on a menu, one option for each meal

Breakfast. It used to be much better on my other stays. French bread and croissants were as hard as rocks. Scrambled eggs served in an open bowl with no lid, making them cold very quickly. Actually, nothing was like it used to be.

Location is perfect, and breakfast wonderful with good vireties

I expected much more from a Melia Hotel. We had to change the rooms since it was not clean and very noise. The corredor never been vaccum cleaned it wasn’t nice to see it. Breakfast very boring - cold food!
