Great Location, great staff.

Bathroom could have been a little cleaner.

It was clean and modern

Towels, blanket, soap, and breakfast not included, but perhaps things are run differently here in Brasil.

Staff, location, value for money.

Size of the room and air conditioning right on the bed.

We spent our last night here and it worked out well for our needs. We stayed in a private room and it was fine, plus the place is very clean.

As the name suggests, it's a capsule hotel, so expect very small rooms, but I really have no complaints.

The staff was phenomenal. Everyone was super friendly they allowed us to leave our bags very early in the morning before check in and also very late in the evening after we checked out. The room was perfect and comfortable. The hotel is only about a 10-minute walk from the Metro so it was very convenient. It was perfect and a wonderful value for the money.

The only downside was the coffee cups are just little styrofoam cups about the size of a shot glass which is not sufficient for morning coffee. Also the coffee maker didn't have the right connection to plug in so you needed to have your own converter plug which luckily we did have so it was fine.

Smells nice and is close to downtown.

The lower price is not worth it.Towels are an additional fee, the common area for working is literally just a coffee table, there is no breakfast or water, or fridge. And as you already know, it's SUPER cramped.If the price saving was just for less space I'd understand, but you are also deprived of even the minimum that you'd expect from a hotel and the saving is not worth it. Would be more accurate to call it an aesthetically pleasing hostel.

The facilities were really comfy and clean. The only problem was the removed locker for the shower room. Since it is a comunal place, there should be at least some way to keep some privacy while showering.

Value for moneyLocation is quite central

They didn't tell me the single bed in the capsule has a storage space under the mattress, which is an amazing feature that only discovered when checking i wasn't forgetting anything under the bed on the departure. On the 5th floor, at least inside the bedroom wifi signal was weak, when I stayed on the 1st floor it was good

After 2 weeks I got a free upgrade. I really liked this place. It's top location very clean ?

Staffs were good, hotel and shared toilets were super clean 24x7.

The only thing that i didn't like was the wifi speed. In my room (502) the wifi speed wasn't great. I could hardly connect the wifi on my phone because the router was far away from my house. May be they should install one more router

Helpful staff. Good value for money. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby.

I stayed for one night and found the accommodation to be in a very convenient, central location, making it easy to explore the area. The room was clean and cozy. Overall, it’s a good option for a short stay.

However, there were a couple of downsides. The room didn’t offer much of a view, as it only had a small window, which made it feel a bit enclosed. Additionally, the door was not very soundproof, so noise from the hallway could sometimes be heard, which was a bit distracting.

Comfy, good space, great location, been here before and will come again probably, has bars, restaurants and coffe shops in walking distance

Bed was reasonably comfortable

Tiny room, small port hole for a window. No towels, soap or shampoo.We missed a flight, so only booked in for one night. I should have picked something closer to the airport.

Staff were absolutely lovely but that's the only positive. They helped with every issue and were really friendly.

Found a bedbug on my bed on floor 2. Luckily the reception was open but I had to change rooms in the middle of the night. Floor 5 was ok and cleaner. Unfortunately the rooms look nothing like the fancy pictures on booking or Instagram, the rooms are really run down and aren't cleaned well. There's dust and the bedding is old. There is nowhere to make a hot drink. As others said, everything bears an extra charge which feels very excessive. Showers - it seems to be a matter of luck if you get any hot or even warm water. I think I had warm water once so had to use cold water to clean myself.

The staff was very helpful.and friendly.

I had to rent towels and cleaning was not done after 8 days.

Nothing at all

It was not clean at all, everywhere full of hair. The shower system is so different that it was really really hot for me to take a shower. The sink is outside the toilet. It was super noisy because of the main street with full of traffic noises. It was not comfortable at all. The staff wasn't helpful. They just kept talking and talking about rules. As our debit card didn't work and we had some problems with our Credit card, we wanted to pay with dollars. They said we couldn't pay with dollars! ? We insisted and they wanted to talk to their manager! We waited some time but we were so tired. It was evening and I told them to pay half price in Brazilian reals because I didn't have full amount cash. And that I will pay the rest tomorrow afternoon after exchange money. They said it is not possible to check in without paying all amount. So accept dollars?? So I said okay make the reservation for one night and we will be good to go! They said cancel booking reservation then!! They werent helpful at all. I told them that I was robbed and lost all my money and tring to make suggestions here! Finally we were able to pay with my friend's Credit card after making some arrangements!!!

Clean. The staff. The location!! Perfect for pride!! Felt Safe

The beds are hard af haha, okay for a couple of nights. It’s more of a hotel than a hostel. Don’t meet so many people as people come with families or groups.

Good location. Basic but nice. Shared bathrooms clean, room clean also. Lots of shops nearby.
