The friendly and helpful staff… very kind receptionists…

The pool was very small… not enough beds ..

Bed was spacious and comfortable. Staff very friendly - special thanks to Italo who was very nice, helpful and charismatic. The gym was also good. Location is great.

Considering the level of the hotel, I would expect some sort of fresh juice for breakfast. I believe all the options were not fresh.

The staff was great, common areas were great too.

I was in a 14th floor and with the windows closed the noise from the street (construction nearby) was incredibly loud. Also, you could hear EVERYTHING from the rooms next door, the hallway, and upstairs. Even though we were there only to rest and were out most of the day, the noises made it difficult to get proper rest. Besides that, there was one day in which the cleaning staff forgot to attend our room to clean and organize, so they didn't have a lot to attention to detail.

Ramos at the reception was a great guy who helped me to get along. Very assistant! Breakfast was great.Gym was ok

I didn't like anything about this hotel.

I hated this hotel. Bad service, worse cleanliness, the street noise is annoying, and the sounds of the neighboring rooms are as if they are in my room. The room service is very bad, and I don’t want to talk about it more. I want it erased from my memory.

I like the location

I didn’t like the service. I booked a room with bathtub and I did not get it and when I asked why they said they actually upgraded my room and my colleague’s room to one without bathtub, how is that an upgrade? They did not even ask us if we wanted that. Moreover , my colleague left earlier and we ask if there was something they can give hime as breakfast maybe fruit or something and they said there was nothing they could do.We stay in hotels all the time that is just bad service.

Noise from the elevators into the room. Furniture of the room looks old. Quality of the pillows. Bathroom of the room above us to loud.

Pool was closed but did not indicate it was closed on website.

Very good breakfast and staff were very nice.Nice room and convenient depending on the zone you need to be in Sao Paulo.Near a lot of nice places to see and a shopping mall

Staff was really lovely and professional. The location is great.

When we arrived non of the staff at the front deck was speaking English (only Portuguese), what was not easy communicate with. Only a luggage assistant was able to help (translating). Only later in the week one or 2 person joined the front deck who were able to speak English. Everyone was however really friendly.

The receptionist was the rudest person ever.Said that I couldn’t stay, saying my reservation was to another day, after so many back and forth he was able that he did a mistake.

Helpful staff.

Room facing Pailista Avenue was very noisy so was hard to sleep. Ask for a room not facing this street.

The location (paulista) was really great. Safe(r) neighbourhood. A lot of tourist attractions nearby. The property is very clean. The staff were amazing - very friendly and extremely helpful. They all speak English. I wish the hotel was ‘Muslim-need’ friendly. The facility did not have halal food options. It’s not just the hotel, halal food is hard to come by in this city. Majority do not speak English and have no concept of halal. That’s why, it’s help Muslim guests if the hotel staff were more aware and can guide with relevant info.Restaurante Istambul … was really good and they also deliver. Adding this info for Muslim travellers in São Paulo.

Overpriced place with major downgrades on the quality of toiletries and amenities at the room. I stayed at Radisson about 2 years ago and the difference of the quality is huge. They kept the prices high but with bad customer service: I asked twice - yes, twice! - for a simple hand soap (since the room service apparently forgot it was needed) and it only came the next day after the third time asking. Besides that, the towels were super cheap and not soft at all. Major disappointment, I won’t stay there anymore.

This hotel was great. We stayed in the suite which wasn’t much more than a normal room. I’d deffo recommend it! Humongous bed and a bath in the room, separate walk-in shower, double zinc for all the couples out there, and lots of space and nice view.

Breakfast was good

Hotel only provided two small bottles of water free on first day. If you ask for more, you have to pay for water. This is the first Hotel we stayed where we have to pay for the ice also.
