- They are robbers who will scam your card ! After I paid online on booking.com they demanded full amount when we got to the premises after cutting money from our account already ! I have been reporting thing to no avail

- Language barrier made that the staff avoided us. The area a bit unsavory with homeless people hanging around. Didn’t go out late at night. Lots of vagrants and druggies hanging around in the area.
- Worst hotel I have stayed for last few yers. The room was not clean after previous guests. The walls between rooms extremely thin.
- Staff is so arrogant .we asked him to check toilet because it was blocked .so staff said that we make it dirty .as we entred in room in 1 minute we called to reception,but he didn't answer the call .and when he came in room he talk badly in portuguese.we never saw so arrogant man in Brazil .11:30 in the night ,we are changing one room to another .and no staff to help with bags .Shower also bad.

Room was so big and spacious. Everything clean and nice. Love the location as I like to be center. Good value for money highly recommend!
