Ibis Budget SP Centro São João

This hotel is very well located, was comfortable and budget friendly, I booked it for one night since my flightwas at 3 am, that gave me the opportunity to rest since I had taken the bus from rio to São Paulo.

Nice clean you get what you pay for staff are nice! I come to São Paulo very frequently and normally stay here.

It’s a little bit dangerous outside. I’m used to it. I’m a frequent guest, but someone who’s Not Really St., Wise might wanna pick another hotel.Also, the English proficiency of the staff is very low, but they are very nice people and they go out of their way to help you !

I liked that IBIS allways offer a standard of cleanning that is great.

I didnt like the breakfast at all. Half of the days it was pretty good but the others not. Like the black coffe changed flavour and the "special bread of the day" was great one day and unacceptable in the other. Besides that i think it is my fault i could not see that the room has no fridge. That was my mistake but i think here in booking an information like that is too much important to be among a big list. And there is this anoining light sensor in the room that was pretty uncoamfrtble that if my wife went to the bath it shined all the room. The veeeery small room (i could not understand that by the description)

The bed was comfy

We were a group of 7 people and we booked 4 rooms. The single room was as big as ours was with a bed and a bunkbed. For our room we had to pay extra because it’s supposed to be for 3 people. When we got to the room, there was still trash on the floor, so I had to pick up the trash and throw it away. The rooms was extremely small and the surrounding neighbourhood isn’t the most friendly (you got to do your research much better then I did). For the price we paid for our room, there were other options în São Paulo that would have been better.

Staff. Quiet room

In order to use the elevator you now can only go to your floor via a card. They did not have this in the past. So my family was on different floors and couldn't get to them. Will not stay here again.

The useless staff not being able to speak OR understand a single word - even basic - in English, which is not adequate with the foreign people who can be lost in translation as we were!! Not enough staff for check-in AND ✔️ check out .

the B'fast was more of the same, they never change anything, very disappointing, the eggs and hot dogs are awful, lots of room for improvement. The room; the wall adjacent to the bed was completely filthy, needs a paint job asap, Room 1354

Staff was nice. The room was comfortable and had a nice view.

The location feels dangerous. The room missed basic utilities like hair dryer and safe. The shower temperature wasn't stable.

This hotel is perfect for just night stays or job travels. Good rooms and installations.

The neighborhood has a lot of homeless people in the surrounding area and it’s dangerous for foreigners during night hours.The central A/C it’s old and doesn’t refresh properly the rooms.

Passable

There are a lot of homeless in front of the hotel. As a woman, I was scared to stroll around. The room was surprisingly small. Like you cannot with another person next to each other. The breakfast was good though. Good amount of variety and clean.

The central location and the price

The beds are too soft and you sink at them, even my 3 y/o son. The bathroom has a lot of mould on the ceiling.

Staff are rude. Room is dirty. I wouldn't recommend this Ibis budget at all
