Ibis Budget Sao Paulo Paraiso

The location is excelent, metro is literally on the next door or next corner. There are bus line available close by as well and shopping centre, restaurants, bakery, etc.

Room is a bit small (double room with 2 single beds), there is no much space for luggage, clothes and towel(specially for wet towels).

The location, the food was VERY GOOD !!

No A.C. in the room, no mini fridge, no water to drink, the towels had a very poor quality .....

The location was amazing. São Paulo is a great city with tons of attractions and activities. It's very close to many locations we were planning to visit.

I wish the parking was cheaper, or free for guests. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, the mattress was rather thin. The toilet, sink and shower were in different rooms.

Room was cleaned, but towels taken were not replaced. Also no soap provided. WC with exhaust system inverted. Air conditioning dripping inside WC. Small beds, mattresses not comfortable.

The location is absolutely amazing. Right in front of estação paraíso, very well located. The breakfast was also good (however cleanliness of the tables was not good enough).

I have stayed in other Ibis Budget hotels before so I understand the concept, but this was lower quality than any other and had major flaws. The smell of the hallway was not good, the air conditioning felt more like a fan, the shower was installed in a way that water runs down the door and wets the bedroom. We had to make it work by doing a temporary fix, but then when you would take a shower you would always be inadvertedly touching the temperature control, making sudden changes on the water temperature (usually to the hotter side, burning your skin). When I left the plaque stating I wanted the cleaners to come they did not clean the room. They only changed the towels, emptied trash cans and made the bed. The room floor was still dirty. We had three people checked in and they left us with two clean towels and no floor mat (so the problem of the shower wetting the room only got worse). I tried contacting the front desk through whatsapp multiple times (since the room has no phone, that's how they suggest talking to them) and they never replied, I only talked to the AI, which said a person would soon speak to me, but it never happened. All in all, the stay was less than decent and absolutely not worth it. If I knew I was paying for this, I would have gotten a cheaper hotel close by (which there was).

Received a personalized welcome note with chocolates. Location is in a residential area on a main avenue. Metro Station is about 10 feet away. Taxis are available quickly. Rooms where very clean. Beds feel fairly new.

Close to the Subway station and in a good area. Less than a 15 minutes subway ride to the places I visited. There was also a convenience store on site and the restaurant was open until late, which was convenient

The room I was given, was what they called an “adaptable room” for disabled people because the hotel was full. There was no hand towel or a glass.

checkin take longer even doing online checkin. They asked the same question as before. There are no reason to have online checkin, it was a waste of time.The parking price is expensive.

Amazing breakfast, parking lot is available (paid) with vallet, metro is step aside, bus stop close, close to malls, restaurants, drugstore etc. The staff is very polite and helpful. You can order ifood, but they also have several snacks and beverages on fridges. During the day you can order lunch from their restaurant. Not cheap but save you time. Room has a ok size. We reserved a queen bed with an extra bed on top and serve my family (me, wife and two kids) well.

They could charge less in the stuff they sell on fridges close to reception.

The location was good.

The hotel is terrible. The reception looks great but when you get the room it's a real let down. It was so basic, there are much better options in the region in terms of cost-benefit. The room literally smelled like someone had just take a dump in it. There was mildew in the shower area. The toilet is separate from the shower, which is not practical at all. There were various signs of wear and tear, literally every wall had paint chips, marks, stains, scratches etc. The walls were paper thin. We had to listen to our neighbour's entire phone conversation at midnight and then snoring very loudly. I have literally NEVER had that happen even at low cost hotels the rooms are sound-proofed, not dry wall.

The location was great, just beside the metro and I think that is the reason they charge so much.

The price which is quite high and did not include breakfast. And the breakfast, for 31 reais should be a little bit better. Also, the room was very small for a couple and a child, though we spend most of the time outside.

Just minutes walk from the Paraiso underground station, we had a great stay at ibis budget. Staff was super friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable. It was easy to get from here to the centre by uber at any time. Although there were a couple of security guards at the entrance at all times, the neighbourhood felt overall quiet.

Staff was not welcoming at all. I got to the reception and the lady that was working there did not even say Good Afternoon or anything. Very rude. Shower was good. Only a tiny blanket that did not do the job to keep me warm.
