Decent hotel for the price. The breakfast is also decent.Check-in online worked fine, but takes quite some time at the counter anyway, maybe their systems are slow.The location is great; right next to metro and Paulista.

Room is small, but fine.Toilet and shower separete, and small - but again fine for the price.The room was a bit dated, but again fine.

Breakfast was good

Rooms are tiny, no idea how they advertise them for 2 to 3 people.

The location

It wasn’t very clean, no acoustic isolation(you could hear everything that was happening on the next room), the staff acted as they were doing a favor instead of they job. I will never stay in this hotel again

The location is great right next to the subway station and on a main street.

The rooms are tight and not very spacious. There were a lot of people staying in and breakfast and places to sit were running low.

Very overpriced. Staff was not friendly. Difficult (and expensive) to park. Gross breakfast. Bad location, many armed police and "military police" on the street - obviously not a great area.

Location is good.

The facility was under renovation. Too much noise, dust, irregular floor.And the electricity went out one night. I had to use the stairs at midnight (16 floors)

The location was awesome. Close to Av. Paulista.

There was no fridge nor central illumination inside the room. Huge disappointment. Had to remember to buy water from the ground floor every day, or else there was nothing to drink.

The room was small but had everything you need. The location of the hotel was perfect.We just wanted a cheap hotel since we wouldn't be there a lot.

Saddest breakfast room I have ever seen.Ugly room and super crowded.

It is well located.

I had booked for 2 people but my wife couldn’t make it. Anyway I was charged because they said they couldn’t change it in the system.

There's were multiple items broken in the room, small but important. The shower head was spraying water up the wall and I couldn't utilise the shower fully, The WiFi was non functional it constantly disconnected and I had to use 4g. The Aircon thermostat is broken so it's either freezing cold or really hot. However the bed is the comfiest I've slept in, and it's exceptionally clean for a older hotel.

The hotel is well located, just a few steps away from the metro.

Last time I stayed here, I’d booked for one person but my wife ended up traveling with me which meant I had to pay an additional fee. This time around, I booked for two people but she couldn’t make it and I was refused a lower rate. Not sure if I’m staying there again.

Stayed at a high floor bedroom, which helps when staying at a busy avenue.Location. Close to Av. Paulista. Subway (yellow line) just beside the hotel. Good bakery a few minutes by walking.

Shower and toilet are separated. The toilet room is super small.

I had a good shower with hot water, the check in was fast. It's a simple but good place, wifi was good to work from the room.

It has everything needed to have a nice stay and the location was perfect

That at 8:30 am we had the house keeper knocking or opening the door so our sleep was constantly canceled

Location is excellent close to the subway and transport links. Breakfast is great too.

The location was excellent, the staff were friendly, and the room was cleaned daily. Although the rooms were smaller than expected, this is budget accommodation that offers great value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

great location right on Paulista avenida and close to metro connectivity.

As the names says, budget room was really too small with barely space to open your suitcase or to move around.There was no soap at the time of check in, no glass to keep your brush etc and not even one english channel on the TV.Breakfast was fairly good

No wi-fi service for the five days I stayedVery slow lift. Took ages to get down in the morning.Breakfast wasn't great. Not good coffee.Poor sound proofing. Traffic noises and I could hear the neighbours phone vibrating.

The rooms are small, but ok if you are staying shortly in the hotel. Good location. Staf in the reception was nice and friendly.

The reception area could have some couches and chairs to sit, for when you are waiting for other people in the halls.
