Good location, large rooms, large bathroom. Good breakfast.

Neighbors can see us through windows. Need to keep the shades cloaed. Room smelled of dust. Seemed unused for a long time. Safe did not work! (low battery). Bed was a bit small.

Fabulous staff, very good restaurant and breakfast. Excellent bed and room size.

I had problems with the WiFi, other than that everything was perfect.

My room is spacious. There is a coffee maker as well as a water kettle in the room, which is excellent.

The nearby highway noises can be heard during days and nights; the furniture are old – especially the only chair in my room is sagging uncomfortably. Everything in the room costs money – no tea bags whatsoever.

Chose the hotel specifically for the pool, but upon check-in, we received a notification that the pool would be closed for more than half of our stay. Ended up, leaving early beautiful hotel but quite expensive.

Great location, beautiful hotel hotel and room and extremely nice staff! Always stay there when in São Paulo.

Clean, very nice location, good breakfast, 24/7 carrefour next door (in 5 min). View from top floors. Feeling very safe.

Be ready to pay deposit like 25% of your total stay, upon departure it supposed to be cancelled and charged you actual one again. (In my case still hasnt canceled). I haven't used minibar, but they add 3 water for insane price of 9 Rs each on top of my bill... Not crazy money, but negative feeling definitely left, i think is a normal practice... check your bills before charging.

Everything. Staff, food, service were all amazing. We have stayed at this hotel every time we’ve traveled to Sao Paolo.

I've sent 4 emails regarding early check in with no replay and at the end i have to wait 4 hours for the room.

Comfortable hotel ideally located for our needs. Reception and breakfast room on the ground floor of a 27 storey building with the rooms located on the 20th through to the 27th floor. Polite, welcoming staff. Good selection at breakfast with a slightly later service at the weekend. Rooftop pool, with seating area which is alongside the Sky Bar, offering excellent views of the city. A small but adequate gym also located on the top floor with again, excellent views of the city. Well worth a visit.

We expend nice days, the property was so wonderful, clean, breakfast delicious, staff very helpful. Location excellent.

Good sized room and bed, nice en-suite setup with sink outside toilet/shower-room, fantastic breakfasts with great filter coffee, location good for Rue Frei Caneca area.

No tea/coffee making facilities in room (although there was a comprehensive minibar), and guests had to be registered at reception with their ID

Absolutely stunning hotel, very attentive staff and delicious breakfast. The views are incredible. Great location.

Enjoyed our stay, but the hotel-arranged taxi service misled us on pricing, doubling the cost last minute. The hotel ignored our request for clarification - guests deserve better transparency. Wouldn’t trust their transport recommendations.

The staff was extremely nice. Breakfast was good. Croissants weren’t the best. May be give more attention to the quality of the different offered items?

My room was on the 20th floor roadside. Even with earplugs, one could hear the traffic?. Just ask for the other side.The swimming pool could be nice but water in the afternoon was cold. I didn’t t like the location. It seemed unsecured in the evening.
