Right off main drag Ave PaulistaGreat place for a Sunday strollStaff saw me holding my phone out for an Uber and whisked me inside. Big no no as motorcyclists snatch right out of your hand. That said area seemed remarkably safe and secure

Needs more outlets in rooms with USB c

Stayed here before. Everything is wonderful. Staff, rooms, location and food.

Wished they had a self service laundry.

Everything! Staff anazing, room comfortable, hot showers, breakfast delicious and location perfect! Stayed before and just as satisfied eith last stay. I will return!

Location: perfect. Close to Paulista Avenue, shoppings, grocery store, museums, parks, buses, and subway.Breakfast: good with a lot of variety.Room: newly remodeled and comfy.Staff: very professional and friendly. The manager Andre is always available to resolve any issues.

Gym. Should have more equipments, but you can do your regular exercises.

The location is excellent, close to Avenida Paulista, some shops and shopping centres. Also some nice restaurants in the area. Staff is very friendly, I liked the balcony and also the swimming pool on the rooftop.

In the room itself, the furniture and the room itself could see an upgrade, it gets a bit old by now... I know that the hotel already has refurbished rooms but they were not available anymore to get...

Location, breakfast is OK, staff was great, noise level excellent.

Centrally located in Bella Vista, really nice breakfast. It’s an older hotel 70s/80s but still decent.

Friendly staff, great breakfast, small but functional gym, small but nice roof top pool, clean room, comfy bed. All you need!São Paulo is a very big city and it’s close to the metro lines (which we didn’t use), but uber everywhere in city was only a few pounds.

Well located close to Av Paulista, felt very safe, spacious and comfortable rooms, great soundproofing on busy road, helpful and friendly staff, very powerful air conditioning, excellent breakfast included with nice outdoor covered terrace. Very fair price in such central location

The safety box didn’t work but I felt comfortable leaving valuables in the room

The hotel was well located. The staff were friendly and helpful in letting us store our luggage before checking in, and after checking out until our flight. The room was fairly basic but clean and spacious. A good hotel that did the job we wanted. Only slight complaint would be that some work was being carried out in what sounded like it was right above our room, this was however only during the day and therefore the noise wasn’t an issue to keep us awake.

The pool couldn’t be used due to construction. Unfortunate as it is part of amenities and would be considered part of the cost of the stay.

Good location

Stayed 4 nights, 2 lifts to service 16 floors, 1 lift broken for whole time we were there.Given a room on level 15, when get in lift see message renovations occurring on level 15, wasn't told when checking in, constant construction noise during work hours.

The rooms were very old! You could the place needs a renovation. I was surprised by the quality of the services considering the price. I guess you are really only paying for the location, nothing else! I’ve stayed in hotels all around the world and would say this is one of the worst ones for the value.
