Pros +
- Located near the Pontifical University, which is what I wanted. Breakfasts were quite good, with fresh melon, eggs made to order. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's a small hotel in size but provided all that I needed. (Nice photos in the lobby.)
- Near the show venues and main avenues in SP, nice large bathroom, room with blackout, windows are very good in reducing outside noise. Breakfast staff were wonderful, All the other staff as well.
- The breakfast area was cute, tidy and neat. The breakfast table had variety of fruit, fruit salad breads , include the famous Brazilian cheese bread. Egg dishes were prepared at our request. The team of staff in all areas were courteous, friendly and attentive. The building of the Bê Hotel was built in the 50’s and fully renovated. It is modern, clean and the rooms are spacious.I loved the blackout blinds. The mattress on room 54 was perfect for my four wonderful nights of sleeping. The varanda on the 7th floor a beautiful future. The gentlemen by the door in the in the evening was polite and helpful with our luggage, suggesting places to eat and where to go. The front desk personal were fabulous.I am in love with the Bê Hotel.I forgot to ask the motive behind the unique name BÊ Hotel.I will be back but won’t be too soon, unfortunately.
Cons -
- A warning: the bathroom floors and, worse, the (nicely large) shower stall are ceramic tiles that are smooth when dry and super slippery when wet. After shower number one, I put down a towel as bath mat for safety.
- Nothing to complain about
- There isn’t any reason to dislike this facility.

Good locationLovely ambience Parking next door Good breakfast Helpful staff Lots of restaurants in the area
Breakfast was amazing, great location.
The man who checked me in was not very friendly, the rest of the staff was very nice.
Fantastic location if you have a concert at the Unimed. The breakfast was out of this world. The kitchen staff was so kind and fantastic. They ask you how would you like your eggs or other food and they will bring it to you. The buffet was so good too!! Already miss the breakfast!

Big room, very functional. Good shower, great shades for the window and great breakfast!
The mattress is a little too soft, but not a big problem
The breakfast and mattress, it's comfortable
Some bathroom parts was dirty
The staff was really nice and the breakfast was good for the size of the facility.
The beds were a little uncomfortable.
Everything was GREAT! The room is lovely and super comfortable, the shower is amazing, and the breakfast was a great way to start the day. Specially the scrambled eggs! Also the staff was super nice, and the snacks at the reception were a total blessing. Will definitely stay there again if we go back to Sao Paulo.
The automatic curtain waking us up at 6:30 AM on our first morning, but fortunately the lovely people from the reception fixed that right away <3
cleaning, staff and breakfast
no room service
Bathroom was really nice, bed was comfortable
room smelly, breakfast disgusting - the cheese and meat was not cooled and the whole buffet smelled like old meat
Very good hotel, the staff very helpfull. We stayed in a large room, very good bed, bathroom and shower.
Breakfast could be a bit better.
The staff were really friendly and the room was very comfortable. I don't speak Portuguese but there was always someone on reception who spoke English so it wasn't a problem.
The mesh on the window really ruined the view of the city which I like to look out at. I'm sure it's there for a reason but it was a shame.
close to the concert arena ,low price ,friendly staff ,excellent breakfast
not at all
Breakfast, staff and location were awesome.
- Great value for money (quite affordable price)- Nearby parking with average price- Easy to reach- Spacious room for its price
- Acoustic isolation is not good. In 2nd floor around midnight and 1am I heard lots of noises of doors and gates opening/closing quite harshly- Bathroom is not so good, but still in acceptable condition.
I think the only good thing about this hotel was the lovely breakfast and the safe location. The staff are nice and try to help.
I had to try three different rooms to find a mattress that was half-ok to simply lay on. They were hard, lumpy, so so uncomfortable and old. The room was not cleaned well, I had to do it myself. In two out of three rooms the AC did not work, but in all the AC was REALLY noisy, so much that you cannot sleep with it on. The rooms are quite run down, and not well sound proofed. It said smart TV, but in all rooms there was none. The water is not free in the rooms. Not all bathrooms are the same, some are huge and some are so small you an hardly fit in the shower.
The facility was very artistic and clean
