- The front desk staff made 0 effort when I arrived early to help accommodate an earlier check-in. I even offered to pay extra to check in early. The girl I spoke with could care less and told me she couldn't promise anything. I have worked in customer service in the past and making an effort to care makes a huge difference to paying customers.

Overpriced, recommended a doctor charing 550 USD for a 20 min visit, charged full price for a breakfast even if just asked for a coffe
It is not pretentiois but there is a lot to do between the lounge the bar the resraurant the bossa nova club the access to the shopping mall the delicious breakfast…
The style and design were fantastic.The staff were incredible. The location was ideal and connected to the mall in the nicest area of São Paulo. The restaurant (Fasano) is easily the best Italian food I have ever enjoyed.

Cost of the airport transfer on arrival in Sao Paulo. The cost billed was eight times more expensive than what we paid for a local car and driver recommended by friends for our departure transfer.

I have been to three Fazanos and I love them. The bedding is outstanding. The rooms are always comfortable and well appointed. The service is excellent.
The breakfast is excellent but I would prefer better eggs. I realize this is Brazil and I'm looking for a more European or American style so it isn't completely fair to ask - except that the cost raises expectations. I'm just not love with endless cakes and sweets for breakfast which others might adore. I was also a bit surprised not to be recognized as a repeat visitor. It isn't that important to me but it was a missed opportunity. The service is a tiny bit cold and that might have made it a bit more personal.

Despite all the challenges of COVID, it was great. The gym is excellent and they managed reservations very well. The Spa was great. The food was also good, especially breakfast.
There was only one outdoor space which was often closed. The lunch and dinner food was pretty heavy - it is a bit challenging to find a great light meal.

The look and feel of the hotel is tired. Everything is done well and carefully, but one can see that the facilities, fixtures et al are getting old and are dying for an upgrade
Great service, superb quality.
We could hear the plumbing through the walls. It eventually stopped, but it was disruptive for a short period.
