Hotel don’t have a sleeper. Hotel don’t have toothpaste all these things we need to ask for it. I don’t like it.

the staff were very impatient and disorganized, the breakfast is terrible lack of option and terrible tast, i booked a business room but the aircon was not working, they changed my room to a normal one but did not reimburse the amount i´ve paid for the business room.

Good location but old rooms and bad service

I chose Wyndham as a reputable brand however I was extremely disappointed with the service esp. from the reception Manoel. I traveled almost 30 hours and arrived on a cold winter night. I tried my debit card however due to some bank restriction it did not work and I had no local currency. I understand the policy of course and I informed that I was willing to give a deposit in USD as a deposit (mind you this is a US brand) but he refused. I requested to check with his manager and the only answer he said was admin did not allow. Below bare minimum service provided. I was forced to walk around Paulista avenue for almost an hour to find an exchange place. I too am a hotelier and I respect that policy but it’s a different story if I had no money to pay but I had dollars which I wanted to give as deposit. The next day the front office leader confirmed they had issue with the card machine.

The location of the hotel was perfect. The room size was also good.

The room interior including the furniture and bathroom was old and needs to be upgraded. The hot water in the wash basin was not working.

Large room. Hotel has a gym, swimming pool and sauna.

Old , needs maintenance, refurbishing, cold even without the air con on. There was no shampoo nor liquid soap .

How can I rate it when the hotel decided not to accommodate me despite my confirmed reservation?I arrived at 22.30 at the hotel only to be rejected with the stupid argument that Booking automatically cancels all reservations after 22.00. It is such a stupid lie, they even told me they were fully booked right after that.I demonstrated the person in charge that Booking did not canceled my reservation by showing him my phone. Of course he insisted lying and refused to even provide an alternative. What really happened, is that they oversold the rooms and decided to ignore my confirmed reservation.So, at 23.00 I was asked to leave their premises in one of the most dangerous cities in the continent, carrying my suitcase, to look for another hotel.The fact that I received an email from Booking today, the day of my "check out", to rate the hotel, is yet another proof that the reservation was never canceled by anyone and the Hotel decided to put a client at risk with no responsibility what so ever.

A typical large chain hotel and room. Breakfast was really great and so was the staff.

The gym could be a little nicer but it still got the job done.

This place has it all; great facilities, great staff, and the location is excellent; just 2 blocks away from the bustling Paulista Ave., which is packed full of shopping centers, bars, restaurants, etc.

The air conditioning was a bit noisy, so I had to turn it off to be able to sleep.

No fridge in the Room. Extremely expensive charge if you request early check in.

Breakfast & Location

The hotel is old, and its facilities reflect that. My room had cracks on the walls, floor, and windows. The AC vents and bathroom walls had mold. The furniture was scratched, and there was broken wood—someone had burned the tabletop with an iron. I had to leave the closet doors open for five days to get rid of the moldy smell. When I communicated this to the staff, they didn’t do much. They also held a delivery for three days and kept claiming they hadn’t received anything. Additionally, they didn’t fulfill my laundry request, which led to an expensive express fee to have it done at another laundry service due to the time lost. The staff was unable to offer me any discounts or vouchers. They only offered a discount on my next stay, but there won’t be one. This was my second and last stay.

Good shower but small that makes the initial cold water hit you. Would love to see vegan options for breakfast, or at least vegan options (beside salad) on the hotel’s restaurant menu.

The location near Paulista Avenue is convenient.

You don’t get free bottles of water. The breakfast is ok. The furniture and the decoration looks old.
