The hotel was very clean and equipped the staff was amazing and very well versed in English and very helpful

everything was good except for the menu for breakfast was only in Portuguese it did not have it in English so I did not understand what I could have eaten for breakfast

The fitness room and pool are terrible. Definitely this hotel cant be a 4 star.

Very nice staff. Great location and a good price.

The location is really good. WiFi is stable.

The pillows and sheet are not comfortable, and the bathroom is very old, some paint from the bathroom wall is falling off and you can tell that the it’s pretty old, to be honest it kind of reminds me why I do not like staying at hotels.

Staff did not help. Acted as if the did not speak English just to charge more.Room was old, noisy and wasn’t clean.

The information provided by the staff was unclear. They mentioned that courtesy water would be provided, but we never received it. I ended up drinking a bottle of water from the fridge because we didn’t get the promised courtesy water, only to find out later that I was charged for it. When I brought this up, the staff said I should have informed them that we didn’t receive the courtesy water—something I couldn’t have known until we were checking out. Additionally, the breakfast was very disappointing, with low-quality options that didn’t meet expectations. In every other hotel I’ve stayed at in Brazil, courtesy water is always provided since tap water isn’t drinkable. This experience was frustrating and unsatisfactory.

Location

Too much noise inside, doors closing making excessive noise. Poor breakfast, not even a proper coffee with milk available. The staff is not so great, specially in the evening shift. Old towels in the bathroom.

It was a large room, great shower pressure, comfortable bed.

I upgraded to get a bigger room and maybe I shouldn't have, because the room was too big that it was cold. I turned on the heating but it didn't get any warmer.

The location is perfect. It's very close to businesses and shopping. The staff is very professional and ready to help any minute. Recommended definitely

Location

Apartment is not well maintained, not properly clean, old stuff and clearly damaged some parts. Common areas / Lobby super noisy. Shower towel not comfortable, cheap quality. Water on the sink was almost not working. Hairdryer stopped working after 20 seconds of usage. Corridor of the hotel not smelling good.

The view was great and the staff was friendly

I was changed for the drinks/snacks that was in my room. I thought it was part of the stay. No sign saying I was going to get charged for it. Plz put a sign in it guys.

Cleanliness, overall conditions of the property. It is impossible to rate that place with dirty rooms and common areas without maintenance as a 4 star hotel

A bit old facilities

Location, courtesy of the staff, facilities. Excellent meal.

It seemed the room had been closed for some time and smelled like mould. It needed airing although it was spotless.

The room door was broken. It was repaired but it was not closing properly. Few days there was no hot water.

Passable

My room was on the street side and I could not sleep due to noise. I asked them to change my room on the first day and repeated it every day until they changed it for the last part of my stay but even then again on the street side (just a few floors higher! The hotel served no black tea for breakfast (they had all kinds of herbal tea but no black tea). Although I asked this several times, they did not do anything about it.
