Everything was great, just the breakfast could have been better, it was good, but a slightly weak point.

Great Location, And in general a good hotel. The gym was good and the pool would have been a highlight if id been there with my son. Great breakfast, and the restaurant area was good for informal meetings.

I found the rooms a little run down. I would still stay there again next time, but furniture a little broken and old, bathroom sink area with the wood a bit swollen with humidity.

Breakfast was good, lots of options, fruit, eggs, bread, coffee, juice, etc., also location is great with many restaurant and coffee places nearby. Safe neighborhood.

If you ever stay in the "concrete jungle" Sao Paulo, the neighbourhood Itaim Bibi is a great place to stay. It is safe, has lots of restaurants and bars and is on walking distance (25 minutes) of two parks (Povo and Ibirapuera). Clarion Faria Lima offers good hospitality for a reasonable price with a very good and friendly staff. I have been visiting this hotel many times and it always has been very good.

If you are European, you always have to substract 1/2 star of the ranking of a hotel in Brazil. You can not compare a 4 star hotel in Brazil with a 4 star hotel in Europe. If you have managed that expectation, nothing will disappoint you in this hotel.

The location is great. It’s safe and there are many things to do around. The breakfast was good, a lot of fresh fruit and juices. The staff were very friendly.

It’s a bit noisy, even with the windows closed.

Not worth the price point, you can stay in better bnbs/hotels with the same price (what we ended up doing). The room needs an update and everything felt old and stuffy.
