The staff was awesome and so accommodating. Also the breakfast was super yummy!

Our sink was leaking all over our bathroom, hopefully they fixed it.

Big space in the room. Breakfast is good. Some staff are friendly.

We we're made to wait an hour at check in time. The rooms smells of bleach. Tissue holder is ineffective, tissue roll keeps falling when you're pulling toilet paper to use. Wish staff speaks more english.

Location is perfect. Good breakfast. Overall noise level very low and attentive staffing

Daily cleaning was not perfect and they didn't vacum the floor or the bathroom daily. I had to ask this specifically as the floor was with dust and hair after a few days

Breakfast served there is really very good. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Lovely outdoor swimming pool. They were able to accommodate very early morning arrival time.

I left a t shirt there and even though their lost and found was closed they were able to return it to me

Breakfast, you must like, I did not. A/C made a lot of noise. Hotel needs a refurbish but they had started it.

Front desk people doesn’t speak English the only one that speaks English it’s very rude and nothing helpfully, I had a reservation from booking with my card loaded in the app and they said me to call the host , that host (app booking ) didn’t answer by text and I hadn’t mobile signal , I asked to use their phones to call to support, there were 3 person there in front desk and no one helped me , no one allow me to use a phone and no one gave me another option (like a new reservation ) worst experience ever

The staff were great, the room was clean, the pool was lovely.

Our room lost hot water on day 2 of our stay. After a few hours it was determined that it couldn’t be fixed quickly and we were moved to a different room and the water was perfect. Breakfast was not a great value for the spend.

My All Inclusive Stay Turned Out to Be an All Inclusive Nightmare.My 6 day stay was absolutely ruined because of unexpected expenses and major language barrier. I arrived at the hotel expecting 5 days of free breakfast that I paid for however on arrival at reception, I was told that "meal plans" were not included. I tried to explain my point and was informed that there was was no English speaking staff on duty. I made a second attempt to clarify a few days in with no success and I gave up as I didn't want to ruin my vacation. Now back at home, I was given a 3 day run by customer service. Eventually a Booking.com agent explained over the phone that "my booking was made through the 3rd party Priceline.com which advertised the free breakfast and unfortunately the contracting agency Booking.com had no meal plan in their terms.I simply requested a reimbursement for my breakfast and transport costs for the 5 mornings. The agent opened an envelope nvestigation and as seen on the attached I was told that I should have read the Booking.com contract.My stay was positive but I am definitely feeling like a victim of false advertising. I did not budget to pay for 5 day of breakfast, transport and hidden cost. I'm still without an reimbursement and I believe my ask I fair.

The breakfast could be better. The television has few channels and is small. The furniture needs improvement.

Good breakfast, good service. Location is the best.

The hairdryers in the rooms are old, noisy and work poorly. Last time it stopped working; I called front desk but the maintenance guys took so long to come that I had to leave with my hair wet.

The blinders doesn’t work properly because they’re smaller than the windows. Although everything seemed clean the floor was sticky. The breakfast was really poor, a lot of tasteless food, even the pão de queijo was raw.

Clean, spacious, staff is super friendly and helpful. WiFi is good, shower is good. Breakfasts are tasty.

Dinners are ok, but not really superb. Quality of laundry was not good.
