We stayed here on our honeymoon and had a fantastic experience. All of the staff were very friendly, looked after us (especially as our Portuguese is limited) and made our stay very memorable. We loved all of the facilities - the gym, spa, restaurants, pools and rooms all are setup to a feel luxurious. We would recommend to anyone visiting to São Paulo looking for a luxury and relaxing hotel stay.

Our suite was located above the function centre so at some pointed there was loud music flowing through at some points when trying to relax. However the hotel staff were more than accomodating and happy to help us resolve this.

The hotel is in a great position in a park so it is surrounded by a forest., making it very peaceful. Even the standard rooms are a very good size, with a walk-in closet. The staff are extremely helpful, especially the reception. We were able to get a late checkout without having to haggle. The food was very good, especially the breakfast. One day we had a barbecue by the pool and another day ceviche.

Great hotel with good sized well appointed room, great swimming pool in a beautiful location. Good food and service. We liked it so much we came back the following weekend.

One of the most beautiful locations in São Paulo and a stunning hotel with very comfortable rooms and great food.

Immaculate facilities, friendly and helpful staff and it is set within a beautiful park. I have to say it exceeded all expectations. Will definitely visit again.

The rooms are gorgeous, and the food at the various restaurants was incredible.

For its price it just didn't feel very exclusive. Even though we were guests at the hotel, we still got last pick of dinner booking times. We were also unable to use the pool, and were only able to use the gym once. Non guests are able to pay to use the facilities, so it was really full at all times, with many children. Being a hotel guest did not guarantee full use of the stunning grounds, which is important when you are paying such high prices and it is in a suburban location without any attractions nearby. It is really beautiful, so it is worth making a booking for one of the restaurants or making a booking for the pool cabanas, but it is not worth staying.

Although it is as luxurious as it gets, it doesn’t deliver a good value for money.

- beautiful hotel and surroundings in the park- quiet and peaceful (except on rooms facing Pihnerous highway- spacious rooms and comfortable - restaurant and lobby bar are lovely and intimate (nice musicians in lobby especially on weekends)

the hotel is wonderful If you just want to enjoy the hotel But if you want to go out and explore São Paulo you better choose a hotel in the center of São Paulo, like neighborhoods Jardins wish I love!

Feeling disconnected from the city frenzy.The high quality finishings and the eye catching yet oh so inviting spaces across the property. Not to forget, the consistently attentive and welcoming staff. Service was pitch perfect from the arrival, along the front desk, restaurants, turn down service. Impressive.

Just a nice building

Just really poor training of the staff. Room not cleaned. Restaurants with poor service. Second time I've stayed here. Thought they would do better by now. Not staying again. Horrible.

The bathroom and closet were amazing. The bed was very comfy and the room had plenty of space. The room was quiet.

There aren't a lot of food options and room service wasn't constant. My room was very dark and the balcony wasn't exactly a balcony, as it wasn't big enough to have any seating available.

Polite staff, room was neat and tidy, balcony helps with air renewal, room devices worked very well (bathtub, TV, safe, etc).

Check-in time was delayed so that I was only able to get in the room around 3.30 pm (30 min delay). Due to this I was offered a late checkout, which I couldn’t get since I was to leave early next day. I had to correct the price they were to charge me in check-in (there was a double tax charge).Pre-authorization of 2700 BRL in credit card was compulsory in check-in despite I stated I disagreed.Staff arranged the room in the evening: however their intentions were good, this may not be desirable pandemic circumstances.
