room adjoined another, was exceedingly noisy. I could hear neighbor on in his phone and the woman he was talking to! complained 2x. was told to turn on radio! The 2nd time security was sent. Room by elevator. Colleague got better rate thru travel agent.

Comfortable rooms, spacious, I love the SPA. Nice swimming pool.

Very friendly staff, nice roof top.

The service in the restaurant was very slow, we had to ask multiple times to get our order. The was no bar were we could sit down stairs.

Loved the stay here. The hotel is fantastic, the food is delicious, the breakfast was amazing! Staff were great. Best shower I’ve ever had!

Blackout blinds would have been a great addition to the room.

Best location!! Friendly & helpful staff, rooms with well-appointed amenities, lovely common areas with exquisite landscaping, wonderful views, and excellent on-site restaurants.

Perfect location.

They had issues with the elevators. Average wait time for an elevator was 5 minutes during a 3 day stay. A few times, I took the stairs from the 11th floor to the ground floor or to the 23rd floor for breakfast. I was disappointed in the variety of fresh fruit at breakfast. The gym was also poorly thought out and did not have appropriate equipment for a full body workout.

The rooms are standard, and the best part was the access to the SEEN and MUST restaurants on-site. The staff was professional and curious,s and the security was good. The location of the hotel was also good in terms of how close it was to some main attractions and how close it was to public transportation.

The hotel is very business-oriented, and though it can cater to anybody, including families, you feel very out of place given that most days you will see people dressed in suits who are ready to conduct business. During our stay, we were one of two families that I saw at the hotel. Additionally, you need to be mindful that the hotel does not overcharge you for your stay. I found out after my stay that the hotel had overcharged me by >$600 after reviewing the itemized bill summary of my stay vs. what was charged on my credit card.

Not worth the price. Very expensive for just a standard hotel. Nothing extraordinary from the room either. There are much better hotels for cheaper in the same area.

Really nice breakfast setup and variety. The break selection could get freshened up a bit every day.

Nothing to object. The rooms are large, comfrotable and in great shape. The fitness center is very nice and well appointed.

The receptionst who checked me in and out was awesome, super friendly. I like the spacious rooms and the bar by the pool. I also thought it was easy to walk to places from the hotel.

Amazing location and an even better building, which benefits from a unique archtecture giving it a very dramatic atmosphere. Lovely staff throughout the hotel, good room services and jaw-dropping views from the large bedrooms (I recommend booking one with city views). Delicious breakfast with multiple options. This really felt like a special stay in a unique hotel, which we'd hapilly visit again.

Limited space around the swimming pool, which also has limited direct sun exposure.

Room and location were perfect. Breakfast was great too but would be better with breakfast sausages instead of hotdog sausages.

I was using my mobile in front of the hotel and was advised to keep it hidden otherwise it would certainly be stollen. But this is not related to the hotel and more general security, I guess

Magical sunset bar on the top floor with great cocktails. Breakfast was also lovely and served in this same space. Lovely staff and beautiful lobby area. Great linen on bed.

Noisy rooms( Neighbours moving chairs early morning, could hear them talk and use the bathroom)Mattress not good( every movement of partner was disturbing my sleep).Rooms lack character..... very clinical

Dated room decor (felt a bit sad), too low AC in the common areas, unreasonably long waiting times for elevators

Location was good in Jardines.The Hotel itself has a high rating. The service from the lobby was excellent.

The food was not polished as it could be. Not even plated silver, cheap “Silverware “ a fine establishment like the Tivoli, requires better silverware. Food was also mediocre, for a high end establishment. I can make a better Tatar poor ice cream quality for Brasil too. There were several items that could be much better considering the price. I will go back to the Renaissance thr next time.
